I'm a long-term client who has used the product and training services over the years, which is all very good. Unfortunately it all falls apart with the support department. I have never received such horrible service. They can't seem to track their work and actually had the nerve to tell me I never submitted a ticket--and once they found the ticket they still didn't fulfill the request. Two months later I don't have a resolution to something I was told they've done before and could be completed in two weeks.
