I had the worst pedicure from Terri. I felt rushed through the whole process. One leg was massaged the other wasn't and one week after, the polish peeled off of one toe.
Right now it looks horrible. I've always been more than satisfied with all of my experiences at Luxe but now I think I might think twice before I book another pedicure.
I took my bf to get his first pedi ever and wanted his experience to be memorable. The place is beautiful, well kept and clean. We had Taylor and Julia and they were both awesome at what they do and know how to interact with clients. My bf really enjoyed himself and that was the goal. Very happy with the service they provided.
The Spa was closed due to the weather but Kate agreed to come in and do my hair, as we were leaving early the next morning for our wedding in Costa Rica. I can't thank her enough, and she did an amazing job on my highlights. I'll be back for sure and I'll refer my friends to her.
I have been going to Luxe Spa for two years now!! I couldn't be happier with my experience there. I left a hair dresser I had for over 15 years, it was not easy change. I go to Jennifer, she's wonderful. She made the transition easy!! Doesn't hurt that I can enjoy a glass of wine while I am there.
I also have had my eyebrows done on several occasions and done both manicure and pedicures. All services have been great!! I highly recommend Luxe Spa!!
I booked a 80 minute massage and was impressed with the customer service upon arrival and as my LMT, Andrew, greeted me. He made sure to ask me questions about areas of focus, and pressure. Andrew had a positive, relaxed, and confident presence and offered adjustments and massaging for muscles that I've not experienced from other LMT's. I'd never been to a spa before and the price was a slightly higher than normal but the ambiance was relaxing so I felt like it was worth it. I'll return to Luxe and would recommend it to others!

I went with my daughter and Mother in law for stress fix messages and we left there feeling relaxed and pampered. Beautiful, clean, quiet, and relaxing are just some of the first things that come to mind when thinking about the facilities. The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and eager to please us. I would highly recommend and will be revisiting soon to explore the many options available.
Upon further research I found that the information given by the owner was widely contradictory of many well known facts in the medical field and beyond (spas included). As I am not seeking negativity I assumed the information she shared with me was indeed factual and either way I was happy (with myself) whether or not the procedure was done. I conclude by way of research, multiple medical professionals, other spas, and per our conversation that the owner has an issue as her cognitive abilities the extremely limited; I also conclude that she has a deeper issue with herself that she needs to inflict on others. It pays to simply be kind to one another regardless of your past conditioning; lastly, if you need to *attempt to* hurt others due to your insecurities, you have a lot of growing to do as a woman and a fully functioning human/citizen/part of civilized society
Caroline is an excellent person to see when you need a therapeutic massage ....I see her regularly and she has helped me heal an old injury in my lower back. She is thoughtful and caring in her approach. I highly recommend her.
I had a WONDERFUL experience at Luxe! As a professional in the beauty industry, I am always a little more critical of services I receive and I was NOT disappointed!. I had a 50 minute facial but Ashley, and a gorgeous gel manicure by El. Their sanctuary is so cozy and warm and the bathrobes are to die for. I can't wait to go back for more services!

I had my first massage from Michelle Edwards last month and I must say it was HEAVENLY!! She loosened up some knots I knew of and some I didn't. I am positive this will not be my last visit to the Luxe Spa!!
REVISED REVIEW - My first experience for a prenatal massage was great! However, my second experience was not so great.. It did not feel like a relaxing spa day, it felt more like a doctor's appointment. When we arrived there was a worker sanitizing the sandals sitting right in the middle of the locker area, sanitizing and throwing the sandals into bins. Later on walking around the spa area with a giant garbage bag emptying the smaller garbage's into it - just not very relaxing. Then my massage was less than par this time. I felt as though I was in a doctor's appointment. The massage itself was not great, my masseuse's hands were very shakey and I didn't feel relaxed at all leaving my appointment. Pretty disappointing because I had such a great first experience, but the second time ruined it. I most likely won't be back. I'd rather spend my money at a salon where I can truly relax at.
I will be going at least once a month! New to area and so glad to find this treasure!! Janet was AMAZING. So personable and very good at makes you feel at home. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Price is very reasonable and they offer so many services.
I went to Luxe Spa in Henrietta to get my haircut. I had Leah as my stylist. She did an excellent job w/my hair. Showed her a pic. She made some suggestions, which I liked. My hair turned out exactly like a wanted...even better. Leah was very nice and personable. The place is really lovely. Very clean and serene. I've been in other spa like salons and they aren't as nice as this place. Will definitely go back.
I had a great experience at Luxe Spa, the atmosphere is very relaxing and all of the staff is very friendly. I got my hair done by Leah and she did exactly what i asked for, she is awesome, i would definitely recommend her and i look forward to having her do my hair again!

I always go there for a facial but the last time I included a massage. Always a wonderful experience and I would recommend.
Yesterday, I was informed that a Luxe Salon Spa Employee tested positive for Covid-19. Today I drove by, and the Spa is open despite the State regulations that require a 14 day quarantine for any persons who come in contact with a Covid positive person. This decision by the owner, Karen Pudetti, puts her staff, clients, and their families at risk.
My concern is for the staff currently at Luxe Salon Spa, the clients who may unknowingly receive a service from a potential asymptomatic carrier, and their families. As of now, no attempts are being made to notify clients who may have already been exposed and the person who tested positive is being booked with clients as early as next week.
My first experience with Luxe was a great one and can't wait to go back. Although I was really looking forward to having my first appointment with Sue and was disappointed to learn she was unable to do my hair due to being sick (hope she's feeling much better), her assistant Kristen did a fantastic job. The color came out great.
Everyone at the salon, especially Lindsay, was nice and welcoming.
Just got home from my appointment with Julia. She's awesome!! Gave me a keratin treatment and was giving me tips and tricks to keep my hair healthy throughout the appointment. She was very knowledgable and super nice - and I'm also very happy with my results.
Service is amazing and I am very happy with my results thus far.
Luxe Spa has amazing massage therapists!! I have to admit that my favorite is Andrew . Be sure to get an appointment so that they can help you lose that stress . It s AWESOME! And the environment and other staff are all wonderful too!

I did the vitality package which includes a mani pedi and massage. The ambiance is very nice. Everyone is friendly and professional. I will definitely visit again.
If I could rate Luxe a 0, I would. This place is incredibly unprofessional. They are terrible at communicating and responding via email and phone, and are not observant and hospitable once you are inside the salon.
I called Luxe asking about a $300+ hair treatment, and was told I'd receive a call back that day from a specialist with more information. Fast forward to almost a week later, nobody has reached out and called me. I emailed in, asking for the same information I requested over the phone. Nothing. As a last resort, I tried emailing one last time. Someone finally got back to me, although I had to wait a few more days to get a specialist to actually call me back. I was disappointed and very turned off by their lack of communication, but wanted to give them another chance to redeem themselves.
When I scheduled a consultation with the keratin specialist, I received an email confirmation, as well as a phone call a day before the consultation that confirmed my appointment time. When I arrived at Luxe for my 6:00pm appointment, I checked in, and sat and waited for over THIRTY MINUTES. The employees, including the woman who I had suspected to be in charge, all saw me waiting forever to be helped, and nobody once asked me if they could do anything, or looked into WHY I was sitting there for so long.
Finally, when I did get helped, the specialist apologized and said that she didn't see my name in her appointment book. I do not think that's an acceptable excuse, especially since I got an email and phone call confirming the consultation. When I finally did get to talk with the specialist, it was rushed, and no more than three minutes, while her other customer sat RIGHT beside me, watching and waiting.
My experiences with Luxe has left a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth. About a week ago, I received a phonecall from the specialist apologizing about the situation, and offered me a free conditioner if I were to get the $300+ treatment from them. No thank you. It was a nice touch, but it doesn't make up for the wasted time waiting, as well as the unpleasant experience I had at Luxe. I will never spend a dime there again, nonethless $300+!
I would not recommend anyone to go to Luxe if they want to be treated well, and have a problem-free experience.
I have had nothing but good experiences I've been getting my laser done on my face and as a trans woman that's the most important thing next to surgery and they have been so welcoming,thank u luxe.

Not only does she make you feel welcome in her chair, you always come out looking stunning.
I've seen her for both fashion color and "regular" color, and I've never received more compliments on my hair than I have with her as my stylist.

I had a eyelash consultation appointment for 3:20 PM. I arrived on time and when I got there the employees were not warm or welcoming. 25 to 30 minutes passed Without the eyelash consultant coming out. No one checked on me, no one saw me leave. I would not recommend this place and I will not be going back.
Love Luxe. The spa is wonderful and my masseuse is great. I go every 4 weeks.
I met Kristen Smith when I brought my mother in law (who had undergone brain surgery to remove a golf ball-sized glioblastoma) in for her first post-surgery wash and cut. Kristen is kind, patient, gentle and readily accommodates special needs. She did a beautiful job with Mom's hair, made Mom look / feel beautiful, and I highly recommend Kristen! She's terrific!
"StressFix" spa treatment was exactly what I needed. Nicole was outstanding. Love the infrared sauna. Beautiful facilities. Will definitely go back.
I deal with daily back pain and visit twice a month (driving an hour each way) for deep tissue massage. I can stand up straight on a daily basis now only because Janet is awesome! Everyone is always friendly and helpful and they have a nice boutique for a last minute gift or to treat yourself. Unfortunately, Covid has put a damper on what I call the "pampering" part of the experience where you change into a plush white robe, have a beverage and color some mandalas while you wait in a very comfy chair..but that will return eventually I am sure. ;0)

Very bad experience. Had hair done. Hairdresser does not know how to cut hair. Bangs very short and crooked. Had nerve to ask me how they looked. Did this on purpose to me. Very bad job to the rest of hair also.
Two friends and I had the pleasure of getting massages done at Luxe recently on our "Ladies Spa Day." My friends each had the Swedish massage and I had the Stress-fix massage---and we all left satisfied customers. We all felt that the massage therapists that we got really listened to us and focused on the areas that we requested/pressure level that we wanted. One of my friends has fibromyalgia and the other has some general pain issues---and they both really got a lot out of the massage work. I don't have pain issues--but felt so relaxed after my massage (mission accomplished). Highly recommend Luxe for massage work! Thanks!
I had a wonderful experience at Luxe Spa. I started off with a manicure from Terri, who was sweet and wonderful to talk to. The atmosphere was so relaxing and I thought the facility was extremely clean and well organized. I then got a 50 minute facial and it felt like it lasted forever (in a good way!) the bed was pre-heated which i thought was fantastic and it was definitely one of the best facials I've received. I then finished off with a pedicure that I couldn't have asked for better. My expeirence at Luxe Spa was extremely luxurious. I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews below because they are completely wrong. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and the atmosphere made me so relaxed. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a great experience at your salon with Leah. She did an amazing job on my crazy, curly hair. She really listened to what I was looking for and gave me a great cut! She walked me through the whole DevaCurl process. I was very happy and have gotten many compliments on my hair. It is a great feeling when other's notice a great, curly cut. She is definitely a keeper!
Therese is spectacular-you must come in for the reiki massage. You have not lived until you have experienced it. I left there feeling refreshed, balanced and better than I have in a long time. Very reasonably priced for the service and Therese is an outstanding practitioner. If you have never tried reiki and are on the fence about it this is the way to go. Trust me-you will not regret it. It will be the best 60 minutes you have spent in a very long time.
The Spa is very, very nice-not pretentious. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. It smells great. Just the right temperature, beautiful facility, clean, inviting and many services to choose from.
Every provider for all the services they offer, including the front desk staff are some of the most pleasant, welcoming and caring people I have met. They all go above and beyond to make their clients experience at The Luxe the best it can be! Not to mention the place is immaculate every time I go!! I will never go to a different salon.
The quality of two manicures & pedicures did not reflect the price of services. Overpriced. One pedicure was completed with a gash unfixed & did not push cuticles properly or clean under finger nails-overall not precision work. Both people left unhappy.

I have been to Luxe spa at the new location on Jefferson Road several times. I have had four different types of treatments: facial, pedicure, laser and eyebrow shaping. The eyebrow shaping technician was excellent and the laser technician I have found to be excellent too - she is quick and accurate. The facial and pedicure were both poor but for separate reasons. The dressing room was ill equipped and not well tended: dirty robes left in the lockers, no sandals in sizes other than small and the long lockers were all taken by the employees. The facial products caused me to break out and the technician was not very quiet. The pedicure area is very close and crowded and the outcome was no better than what I typically get at a mani-pedi shop - FOR HALF THE PRICE!
Absolutely loved it! Kristin was amazing as usual with my cut and style. Can't wait to go back for my color. Highly recommend Luxe!
I hosted a Bachelorette day for my best friend at Luxe, and it was a great day! We loved having the private room, and everyone there went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed and were happy with our services. I really appreciated all of their help and would definitely work with them again for a Spa Day!

I went for the holistic massage with Marcelo and it was life changing. He was amazing! I have had numerous massages in my life at all ends of the United States. I have never almost fallen asleep or anything close, I did this time. Have you ever had a massage that makes you question how your living? How you have gotten this stressed and what you need to do better? This was that massage.
