Bought a jeep and sold a jeep with Lustine, quick and easy. Soon after had a flat tire, probably a nail on the highway, then the tire shop suspected I had suspension damage because the new tire looked like it was rubbing on the frame. Needless to say I went back to Lustine to find some answers, it took them little time to find out that the knuckleheads at the tire shop put on an oversized tire! They probably saved me $1000 on doing some frame diagnostic only to find nothing. Strongly recommend shopping with them.
So yesterday myself and my Wife stopped through hoping to purchase a vehicle, we were met by John sarsah who let us test drive 2 vehicles, we did like one, but the color wasn't for our taste. So John said give me a minute, and when he came back, his whole demeanor changed. He started getting flirtatious with my Wife, asking what can I do for you! Keep in mind, I am the one that approached him, and he had all my info. The BEAUTIFUL comment didn't bother me it was the fact that he kept offering her the SUV that I didn't want, so I told him, even if you offered her it for $20,000 we wouldn't take it, so he told her I will give it to you for free! That's when I told him that you messed up and you wouldn't get anything from us! He proceeded with his flirting, my Wife said time to go, and he said wait, wrote his number on the business card, gave it to my Wife, we walked out she ripped up the card and said never again! So you lost out on a customer and you should be careful because this could have been bad for you! Zero stars if I could!

Jonathan and Haseeb did a great job helping me buy a new car. I live out of state, and Jonathan was very prompt with answering all my questions and providing images and video of the car. I was dealing with a family medical emergency and needed to be finished quickly. But I was still taken care of in a very compassionate, and professional way. Javier Rodriguez one of best representatives in the location. He is very responsive and doing his best to make you sure you have getting the best service.
