This location has been the worst retail experience I've ever had at any store in my life period.
I walked in to make a decent size purchase as gifts. I asked if I could have two bags. The manager explained she was running low on bags, and that I could purchase a gift bag.
I offered to purchase the gift bag in exchange for a paper Lush bag with the logo on it. This was also unacceptable. So I wasn't allowed to have 2 bags for roughly ten items, and I was not allowed to purchase another regular bag at the price of a gift bag.
Absolutely the most condescending and rude attitude, along with a complete lack of customer service or business sense.

Always a good experience. Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I really like organic body products. I can tell the difference in my skin and lush products are great. My favorite thing here is the aromaco deodorant! It has no aluminum and it acts as an antiperspirant. The witch hazel tightens pores. This store is always clean and they always let you try samples. Also, they have makeup and vegan products too!

I have visited many Lush locations and this was the first time I actually made a purchase. Even though it is holiday season and the store was crowded the employee took ample time to answer my questions and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I'm so excited to try my shower lotion!

Great store for gifts for the lady in your life but the staff can be a little over bearing at times

I want it all! Everything smells good, everything is so effective. Please go visit Lush and pick our shampoo bars! They are excellent, last up to 80 washes, and create less plastic waste! You actually help the environment when you shop here! I get all my skin. and hair needs from Lush! And the staff, they are knowledgeable and so friendly!

Love Lush products. I only go when I can afford to treat myself to a bath balm or body lotion. Great products but pricey.

I loved the fact that there were many samples and they were extremely patient employees. I had strong foot odor and their volcano foot mask and pink peppermint foot lotion helped extremely! Please note that you probably won't be able to go in and out of this store, you will most likely have seen something that you want. This is one of the best places I've been to for beauty! HANDS DOWN!

WOW!!! I ve been saying that ... WOW ...ever since I received this AMAZING gift box. It was shipped in error, but when I called Lush they told me since it was their error for me to keep it. It s valued at almost $300!!! I have been enjoying bath bombs, bubble bars, soaps, lotions, lip scrubs, and SO MUCH MORE! ... things I may not have tried otherwise. The box itself has 3 shelves and everything was packed so delicately. I plan to up cycle this box as a little toy chest for the grandkids. A+++ Lush for great customer service and consistently delivering superb products that keep my body smiling inside and out!
