Unreliable invoicing and rude customer service. They use invoicing service that often fail to deliver invoices and/or deliver them late. If an invoice is delivered late they immediately take 30 euro fee, and customer service takes no responsibility. Avoid like plague, their prices may seem reasonable, but invoicing costs make actual costs much, much higher.

Additionally, while they brag about how they care about the customer and their quality customer service, the reality is quite the opposite, rude and unprofessional.
