I love these pain patches! I have been using these for several months now. I mostly use it for that time of the month. I would place a few on my abdominal area and a few on my lumbar area. Just like that, there's no more cramps or back pain.

I am lucky to have found an alternative to NSAIDs (NSAIDs include aspirin, naproxen, and ibuprofen).

I have a spinal injury that affects the Siatica nerve and runs to my right hip causing severe pain and inflammation in that hip and down the right leg. From this company's advertising, I thought the Luminas patches were the very thing for reducing pain and inflammation and ordered it at a price of $43.94 including shipping. I have used it for a week now with absolutely no positive results. I feel the product is a sham and recommend that you do not buy it. It's a complete waste of money.
