Convenient location, easy to stop here after a ball game or another event downtown. They have Multiple Good restaurants and the hotel is very nice as well. If you play for awhile the pit bosses or whoever will take pretty good care of you if you allow them to. Good atmosphere, I ve always had a lot of fun here winning or losing.
Rooms were roomy very clean just wish they had microwaves
Hotel room was clean, but dated. It is truly the smallest bathroom I have seen ever in a hotel. The elevators near my room were out of order and apparently had been for some time, with no date of return to service. All the staff with the exception of one gentleman on the desk were friendly and fun to deal with. To Steven on the front desk, find a job where you dont have to deal with people. You will be much happier.
Electrical plugs don't work. Found a dirty syringe under the nightstand. The resort fee is a joke, this is no resort. Fee covers parking, access to pool and fitness room, ha ha. This hotel has a good location, but is very much a dive!
The location of this place alone was amazing it s right by the arch. I enjoyed myself layout was nice atmosphere was good too. For a Sunday it was pretty slow but blackjack was an up and down battle.
When you book a hotel room it because you need a place to stay because you are not at home. You anticipate a seamless check in and smiling faces. Well don t expect that here. I was greeted by Steve. This review can be used for a training opportunity for him. When a customer comes in and provides their reservation name, and credit card, and you see a discrepancy you don t say I can just cancel everything. You see our room was booked via my husbands Ceasars reward account which was in fact useless since my husband hasn t been accruing points really since Covid-19, anyway but my card was put on the reservation. So I went to the desk, we did not both come in because the entrance to the parking lot that is closest to the entrance is blocked off of course, and did not want to leave the car unattended. I told Steve no problem I will have my husband come in. My husband gives him a military ID and a credit card in his name. Steve first says I need a real ID what do you mean a real ID military ID is real, my husband advised him to look again and then he swipes the card laughing to himself behind the counter. Gives us our keys to the room and we get our bags drive around to the entrance and check in. Get into our room and let s talk about the smell horrible. No ashtrays in sight but the smell of smoke was everywhere I was very underwhelmed with the room. I wanted yo request a change immediately but Steve had already frustrated me. Next morning I check my cards and find that I have been charged on both cards for the full cost of the room. Thank you steve. Go to the front desk they advise me the charge would fall off still waiting on that, and got assisted by Jasmine and my room was changed. The new room had a smell as well. Like what is really going. I thought I was staying at a nice hotel not a smoke shop. But honestly I could have let it all go if Steve hadn t been so nasty upon our arrival. We will not be back

This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you for sure will love it I'm sure!

Great coffee but the slots are far from loose. The place has gone down since its grand opening. Still great coffee

As always,.I lost. Wouldn't be so bad, but I never win there. NEVER! I only go because my wife likes.to. There is no doubt the machines cater to the frequent fliers. If you're go regularly you'll get much better odds. I see it over and over and over. Have too many friend that go regularly and actually win. Over and over and over. Me, I go occasionally and NEVER WIN! Coincidence? I think not. Happens way too much. Won't be back, that's for sure.
