I m hey don t even deserve one star. Im new with them. They don t communicate well with anyone, and they couldn t even get my name right when it s right in front of them. Very unprofessional

Worst company i have ever worked with. Not only did they try to low ball me by 33% less, they lied to me about the top dollar they could give me. After a week and a half of negotiating i finally got my normal pay rate. Inprocessing with them was a nightmare. No one communicates with each other. You will have 5 people asking you for the same documents repeatedly. They are extremely disorganized.
They also do not answer thier emails in a timely fashion. They have no respect for your personal time. They want you to do their work for them after you are clocked out or on the weekend so they dont have to pay you.
Luke and associates is by far one of the worst companies i have ever worked with. I have had companies forget to pay me and i would still say Luke and associates is worse.
The bullied half of the surgical techs in the OR either lowering their pay rate an absorbent amount or having them quit. We are now under staffed, which means longer work hours for the rest of us, but they refuse to pay overtime.
I am so disappointed. Luke and associates is very greedy.

Communicated well throughout my tenure, paid on time, good pay rate. One of the best contracting companies I've ever worked for in 5 years.

I've worked contract for over 10 years. This one rates very high on a level of poor management, unprofessionalism and poor value of their employees. They are losing staff very quickly to work at Starbucks, Rally's and several other establishments due to hourly wage. It's sad that you would rather run the risk of working fast food verses doing something you went to school for and love just to afford a living. The insurance is super expensive and oh man oh man, i could go on.

They take your extra health and wellness and put in a 401k, even if you didn't ask them to do it...so glad they lost out to my current contract company, who pays me my health and wellness, like I ask them to do!

I really enjoy working for Luke and Associates, Inc.. Great company with great values always keeping the mission in mind in everything we do. Luke truly values employees and recognizes the importance each brings to the company's success.

Shady company. They have forced insurance and the policies they have are garbage. They also discriminate against people who are single and non military who have private individiual insurance. That policy is not good enough and they demand that you get a garbage policy theough them.

They claim that you make an extra 4.13$ an hour which totals to over 2,000$ a month. They claim that this money whatever is not used for the garbage benefits is sent to a 401k account. This is a lie as they have only sent after 3 months about 78$ to the account. Thwy have stolen the rest.

This company may seem great on the outside by having contracts on military bases, but as mentioned before, they are exceptionally greedy with money. 2 federal holiday's have been added in 2018. They refused to pay those days. Christmas eve- me and another one of the individuals were told by the recruiter that we would "receive a phone call about what was going to happen with the Federal holiday. As of today we have not received a phone call. I worked 88 hours for that pay week. I was paid for 80. These contracts are paid up front. They already received the money. This company is very shady and will steal from you every chance they get.
