This is the worst airport in the entire US and US territory. Be prepared to have to wait more than 2 hours going through TSA because they lack the personnel relative to the volume of travelers and they do not have the technology to screen passengers efficiently. Take this from a Puerto Rican, born and raised in PR who has lived in the US and just got separated from his traveling wife as a result of TSA inefficiency. Make sure you give yourself 3 hours at the airport to just go through the inspection or you will miss your flight like my wife did. They are incompetent and you are faster traveling from and into Mexico than going to “La Isla del Espanto,” where you will not have electricity and/or water at any time the government chooses, without regard to your wellbeing. Avoid traveling to Puerto Rico at all. Go to Mexico, Central America, etc. and you will get much better treatment!!!!
