Four of us came to Ludlow Bar & Dining Room on a Monday for lunch. We were promptly seated outside and given physical menus (this was a nice change from the usual 'scan-the-QR-code-and-order-online' method). We ordered two chicken parma's, gnocchi and burrata, as well as drinks. The customer service was great (eg: our waitress took our whole order without needing to write it down) and the food was delicious. Thank you very much to Ludlow Bar & Dining Room. We all very much enjoyed our dining experience here.
Stopped in for a few drinks. Nice relaxed vibe. Had a delicious flatbread starter. Which was 10/10
Had wonderful night at Ludlow. Katie was fantastic and looked after us with outstanding service. She made our night fabulous. Highly recommended.
Great food, didn t enjoy the music. Service was good and the food tasted nice. We had the gnocchi, burratta and the calamari. Calamari was a bit salty. I would go again.
Was in the city for a show and needed to find somewhere to eat dinner beforehand. This place was fairly full and looked just as nice as the others along Southwark.. we were taken inside and placed at a table that children would eat at. Waited over 1.5 hours for meals that were basic and don't require a long time to prep or cook. The food was nice but the music in the place was awful an it was loud like a nightclub disco , you couldn't talk it was a odd place and customer service didn't really exist. Good food, but not for us.
Friends and I had drinks and lunch here recently and we were comfortably sat in Ludlow's make shift outdoor seating area along the river side. The cocktails were lovely and we all enjoyed our meals. I wasn't that hungry so I ordered the pulled beef sliders which was really tasty. A great spot for a catch up.
Short menu with steak and burgers. Stopped by during happy hour and still paid $13 a pint. Good service. Limited outdoor heating. Extra charges on the receipt. No reason to hurry back.
Food was really nice. Service was ok. Would have given 5 stars but my entree came out after my main, which was a big no no to me. Was good for families. Kids enjoyed there food and spider drinks plus there activity packs. Reasonably priced meals aswell. Will go back if we are down that way again.
Decided to visit for dinner at short notice after exploring Melbourne for the day. Initially decided to try the fish and chips, but wanted to know if the fish was fresh and where it had been sourced. Was initially informed by the waitress it was fresh only to be told later it wasn't and had been imported from New Zealand. As a result I decided to change my order to the chicken parmigiana which sadly was very average. I'm not sure why you import your fish from New Zealand when we have an abundance of fresh fish in Australia. You are in the perfect position to showcase our amazing produce so why you would import it?
Really disappointing meal this afternoon. My wife had the fish and chips. It looked like the fish was from the supermarket and was almost cold. Chips were freezing cold as well. My burger was good but it just came with chips and a giant dill pickle and was the worst looking food I have ever been served. Took almost 30 mins to come and weren't even that busy
