Very good , food was good except beef roast was very tough, plus we didn't get a steak knife with our utensils.
The rooms were great. The slots are really tight. The steak house is nice but the prime rib was a little tough. The staff was great. The casino is kinda confusing about how to exit the building.
My place of relaxation and is great to have lucky eagle transportation
Once again wonderful time staying at hotel maybe a little more in morning
The buffet had mostly cold food. The cashier was incredibly rude. There were flies landing on food, tables and plates. Gross. The hotel called us before our late arrival. We told them we were almost there. When we went to our room after check in, the door was ajar. Apparently they gave our room to the people in the next room (adjoining ootion) but then called to find out we were almost there so they had to hurry and clean our room. Really? I booked this room well in advance. They could have given either one of us a different room. Rude and unprofessional. I would never stay here again. There is much more but I am sure this is enough.
It's nice and big plenty of slot machines to play and nice hotel, plus the security is on point.
The buffet is really great. Lot of voriaty and everything is very well prepared. Also the staff there is probably the best staff I have ever seen.
If you're looking for a good buffet look somewhere else. The options here are really limited.
Nice, clean casino. Could use a bit better service in the Crafthouse.
Great casino! If your a table games person come and play!
A small, out of the way casino in central Washington. The location is kinda of strange as its not on I5 or even a state highway. Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Typical gambling games are found. Buffet is decent. It was comforting to see a nice security presence both inside and outside the casino. Staff were generally very polite and helpful. A lost item was actually turned into lost and found and not thrown out which was nice. If your in the area (in particular Great Wolf Lodge) it worth checking out if you need some adult time. Happy hour is every hour with $3 drinks! Free parking is provided
Really bad. Under construction and way over priced. Room dirty and staff convused. Points from casino not clear what they'r good for.
The place is filled with drug addicts...i was grosed out to be around them people.they should run them type out an get a better class of people around there
Honestly, I googled lucky eagle because I am about to plan my second trip here. Once I started reading the reviews, I couldn't NOT write one.
My boyfriend and I stayed there for three days and we absolutely loved it.
They had a deal going on for a two night stay for $149 I believe. So we did that. We loved that the casino was just a skybridge away. And they had a pool and hot tub as well. We were actually surprised with our room. We got a king sized bed and it had a refrigerator and a microwave. It was very clean. We also loved that the outlet mall was a like a 15 minute drive away with lots of stores and restaurants. However, the restaurants at the hotel are amazing as well.
Also, the big thing for me, was the starbucks that they had in the lobby. :) haha it was the greatest!
The food upset my stomach, and the air is kinda smokey.
We went for the Saturday night seafood buffet at the fireside grill inside the casino. It is wonderful for seafood lovers! Crab legs galore (both hot and cold available), fried shrimp, shrimp cocktail, fried oysters, steamed clams (a couple different types), clam strips, fire grilled salmon, fried cod! They also have a beautiful prime rib, salad bar, plenty of sides and the dessert bar features mini fancy little desserts so you can have a few different things! All in all my seafood loving kiddos loved it! And at $26 per person it was worth the money and the drive out there!
They just got done with a big remodel, it is very nice. More room between machines, better air flow. New restaurants. Fun times.
Very nice room's, the place was clean and quite, very nice for a day or two get-away.
One of the nicest casinos around! The staff is very friendly and accommodating and they always have something going on
Lots of game play. Staff all very helpful and pleasant.
Very nice rooms with a great buffet. One of the better casinos in Western Washington.
Whoops that was supposed to be a 5 star rating. Sorry was in a hurry.
the new changes to restaurant...salmon and crab are delicious. Parking structure helpful except oversized vehicles.
The hotel room are average nothing special. Slots machine very tight won't start giving until you put mostly your money in my case usually I will loose $100.00 first in $2.00 bet before they give a little back I never win. The buffet no matter what day and time it's just not good salmon it's okay prime roast or steak roast are dry and tough, mostly side dish in a little dish are dry doesn't look appetizing it seems been seating for a long time. The 88 restaurant are good a little expensive but you pay for quality.
Nice casino nice restaurants very good hotel. Areas have lots of smoking so be careful
Had dinner at the Cafe. Fish and chips. Fish was great and the fries weren't bad if not as crispy as I'm a fan of. Only downer was the coleslaw was flavorless and dry. Friendly staff and clean place though would eat here again. Also won $30 on my way out can't complain about that.
Staff is always polite the food is excellent the server's bringing round drinks were plenty management sought out players talk to them always appreciated
The casino is a great place to take your family...if you teenagers that are over eighteen (18) year old and under (21)twenty. You can take them to Hotel to gamble..
Buffet had a great selection and the food was fresh.
Food took almost an hour after order to be brought to our table. Took an additional 25 min to receive my ranch, as I already finished my food. Worst experience ever.
It was my mothers 81st birthday and the people in the Fireside restaurant went all out and brought her a luscious piece of chocolate cake with lit candles and joined me and all my siblings and niece in singing Happy Birthday to her. They went above and beyond. The service was exceptional! She got to spend her special day with her children at her favorite casino. Lucky Eagle!
It was an hour drive from Tacoma, but it was worth it. They seem to have all of the latest games. We are dinner in the deli, only one of the many places to eat there. In the end, we went home with more money than we came with and had a great time. We will be back.
For a great place to stay and Awesome rooms come visit The Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel.
Went to the casino for a birthday party, it wasn't too crowded, which was nice, but the food at the Asian Bistro wasn't very good.
I love it here. I stay several times a week and the hotel and host staff are fantastic. Ben from the hotel is always so helpful, efficient and personable, taking care of all the fine details of my stay, such as contacting my host at players club himself for authorization to get me upgrades to suites or an extra day's stay over, tasks I'd normally have to take care of myself. The hosts are all wonderful too, and go out of their way to accomodate all of my requests, even comping me a free room for the night when the weather was bad and I was leary about driving home in the snow. The rooms are always clean and up to date, and the staff are dilligent about ensuring I have enough towel, soaps and coffee.
Organized and ready for the pandemic yet also enthused and positive in their own environment.
Smoking room was horrible with the smell. One of us is a smoker and it was still bad. No window to open to get the odor out. The hotel had flies everywhere we went. Elevator, cafe our room. Ventilation could definitely use improvement.
The room itself was very nice. Didn t hear any noice. My grandson said he did throughout the night. Couldn t sleep because the smell was that bad. Desk said they would deodorize it but if they did we couldn t tell. We would stay again but definitely request a non smoking room.
Great casino,.. friendly people....great customer service... :)
I like the remodeling they did it looks really nice
Stayed the night over and it was great. Service was okay considering it was on a weekend, cleaning needs work in the food an beverage areas especially the eating areas as flies were present landing on food and drinks, this can easily be remedied with proper job training & practices. I will visit agsin soon and update this review when I do.
When we need a nice drive and a quiet getaway , we choose early..
The slot machine never hits or the poker machine never hits)it's really hard to go there and have a good time if the poker machines hit every once in a blue moon
Awesome love going there not like ilana you actually get to enjoy yourself.
All you can eat seafood prime rib buffet with desserts Friday & Saturday with all you can eat Sunday brunch. The fire kitchen buffet is awesome!
Lots of room to move around and the latest in electronic gaming
Less then an hour to burn through $1000, lowest payouts ive ever seen at an Indian casino
Remodeled rooms, new restaurants, good selection of machines and very friendly staff.
The hotel was awesome great staff great rooms very clean now about the restaurants on the casino side steak house a joke smallest potions on lil baby potatoes steak was not all that good the salad was more like parsley and parsley only for the money we paid for 2 steak dinners we could have eaten 2 times each at the buffet the drinks were not worth the ice they were made with
This is a very nice Casino and the Hotel Suites are very spacious and nice. I would recommend Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel to all my family and friends.
Poor customer service on craps and 3 dollar black jack. Slots never pay out
It's just ok. I just don't like that you can smell the cigarette as soon as you enter, and kinda dim inside. Most part is clean especially the non- smoking area. Most slot machines are outdated. But staff are friendly.
It's not very far from I-5. Not hard to find. You wont believe that It's there in the middle of the trees. I like the country feel on our way there.
Had a great time, I played for over 5 hrs on $100. And took home over $1300 profit.
Nice little casino. It's a bit out of the way but it is a beautiful drive in.
It's fun to go there, but playing 3 hours and only got 2+points in your card. Great environment. The smoking area isn't smokey as the other casinos.
