Non smoking area great held my breath all the way there it was awsome

Its was okay rewards are good free play they give you can cash it out if you don't want to play

Went out just for fun live about 25 miles away and not been in min . So got there the security was smiley and greeting. Can't say the same for few of the drink orders going around though. I asked three different times for a bottle of water and never seen the drink servers again. Hmmmm. The place is still Brite and full of people happy and of course some not lol but that's to be expected. Everything looked clean and no overflowing ashtrays or messy drink area ( since I had to go get my own water apparently) ... Lol. Surprising the card tables were maybe five people total out of almost 10 tables but the card dealers still if at empty table we're friendly to smile and looked on top of there job and ready if anyone sat down. As far as the slot machines go well there on there own schedule ( unfortunately not mine) but in under hour I heard 4 jackpots won so maybe next time for me.... Great place though just if you want a drink get it yourself lol

Still remodeling, what's done looked nice. There needs to be better direction for guests staying at the hotel. The front doors were blocked and there were no instructions for check in. The staff was friendly and like always it was a good time.

Food at buffet not very good. Will not be eating there again. When we commented that the prime was tough, we were told, " this is a buffet you know." Not sure what that means, or why that should matter. We were disappointed.

All the servers are so nice. Good Good food in the bar, and the buffet is decent.

Lost all my money on slots but it was a blast anyway! Burger from the cafe was good also enjoyed my cold beer.

The Casino was nice, staff friendly,but I'm not sure if I will go back smokey air quality is very bad even in non smoking area.

Good vibes for the most part. There was allot of people there though. Won some, loss some.

You have to use GPS to find it after you exit I 5. No signs to turn to the casino.

It was a nice Casino not very friendly for non walkers very good food but the property itself is very spread out and you have a long ways to walk to get to some things however with the good food and a lovely atmosphere at the restaurant and the spa it is a great place for a few day getaway

Always fun even when I loose at least I get to play for a while unlike other casinos

Nice place. Minimal selection of table games, all in the non-smoking area. Bottom blackjack table was $15. Slots were so tight, they squeaked.

Not coming back anytime soon. Going to stick to the coastal resorts and their competition to the north.

Nice place to get away when you aren't able to get far out of town.

Charged us for 2 nights at the rv park (without notice or signature) due to leaving 1 hour after checkout time! AVOID this horrible place at all costs.

Edit: contacted by support ambassador on Google maps, who issued a prompt refund. I don't understand why the original emploees refused, but at least it was taken care of. Added 2 stars due to this support. The business should never let it get to this in the first place though.

Spent a lot of money for months, but like everyone I talked to, never win anything, time to make a decision to go to a different casino

The place is under construction which is typical, but it seems chaotic at best. The restrooms are closed so you can take your kids there if you're visiting the restaurant.

Had lunch at the buffet. Food was great quality and provided a lot of options for the price. Service was super friendly.

Nice casino. The only drawback is that every time I leave I'm broke.

Great place to dine. Atmosphere is great with huge roaring fire pit that salmon hang down over top of and all their food is great. Great buffet.

Hotel room bed is amazing. Good alcohol prices. Breakfast. Was chicken fried steak. Good good. The bartender was impressive. They don't offer late check out. Cost 25$ for 1hr. We enjoyed our date night. Thanks lucky eagle. We will back.

They comp you $10 for joining the player's club. I turned that into $100. Can't complain there. Free sodas. It was a little weird to be in a place that allows smoking. Kinda choked me up.

Review for buffet not casino! There is no option to leave a review just for the buffet, so I have to leave it on the general casino page. We have been going to the buffet for years for special occasions (It is pricier than a regular restaurant on Friday and Saturday nights, but they have seafood, steak and prime rib, which makes the price they're asking seem reasonable) Tonight we went to the newly refurbished buffet and were extremely disappointed. Even though we only live 15 minutes away, we will never come back. While the atmosphere looks better (they did a great remodel), the only couple additions to the buffet was the fancy smoke/fire pit in the middle where they smoke fish, the skillet section (which they always had, they just revamped it), and their dessert section. While the smoked fish didn't taste bad, living in the Pacific Northwest, I've had way better smoked fish from grocery stores even, or even the marina at Boston Harbor. The dessert section was always a favorite for my kids. This buffet is known for their famous pecan pie that trumps even pie that you can find in Texas. I know, as I lived in Texas for a time, lol. They did away with it! They're now served in these little tarts, where it's impossible to even dig the crust out, so you're basically just eating the pecans and the corn syrup they're prepared in. So disappointed! And all the other desserts are served much the same way. It's like they're trying to be modern and fancy by putting these weird looking tarts and cream filled rolls on these tiny delicate plates, but really, it leaves a lot to be desired. It's like having a tea party with a toddler. My daughter kept complaining that she couldn't get the jello out of the fancy skinny cups they put them in them, and was resorting to trying to eat it with a butter knife. All the other menu items that stayed the same seem to have gone downhill as well. The steamed clams were dry and chewy. The signature dungeness crab wasn't the sweet texture we're used to enjoying here. It too was dry and almost seemed overcooked. The prime rib wasn't rare, nor tender. Besides the fact that it was $85 dollars for 3 people to go there (so a $5 increase per person), we had to wait 50 MINUTES just to be seated (when, before the rehab, even if the line was to the door, we never waited more than 1/2 hour on Saturdays around the same time). The waitress never came to refill our drinks the entire meal, nor did she remove any of our plates, or bring any kind of utensils for eating the crab (I had to resort to breaking them by hand and using my fork and just piling the shells where I could). I think we'll just drive up to Oly from now on and go to the Chinese Buffet by the movie theatre. If we're going to pay these prices, might as well get quality food. And at least the Chinese Buffet has sushi.

The hotel stay was satisfactory although it was a huge disappointment to find out they no longer offered a Continental breakfast! As for the casino, we spent over $1200 playing the slots and not once did either of us ever achieve a higher amount than what was originally inserted into machine! No joke! Not once! The food we chose for dinner (Salmon Entree & Club Sandwich) in the sports bar was truly the only excellent portion of our stay! And after dropping over $1200 using our supposed player/rewards cards during all of our play, it turns out that our dinner server recieved more in a tip (from us) than our accumulated points were exchanged for freeplay money! Very dissapointing player point/rewards program. Definitely not recommending to anyone we like.

They have free concert and many events, they also have a large buffet.

The Room was very clean and Comfortable. Good price on a Room with club card and buffet was very good.

Great fun, lots to do and see! Staff are very helpful and very attentive when needed.

Lucky Eagle has always been a great place to get away and have fun.

It's a little drive from my house but I thought was worth it. And when I said little I'm talking four and a half hours.

So once Again we stayed at the hotel and the pool was closed. not a happy guest!

Well as usual the rooms dirty with burns all over the floor . No conditioner, half set of towels, and they griped over our companion dog.
They ignore emails if they have to honor anything they say watch put there's much better service elsewhere.
I sent an email to Kyle and he never answered

Machines were a lil tight. But the worse was house keeping. They open the security lock on doors and then let the door smack into it over and over and over. Then they go on a break. RIDICULOUS!!! Everytime we stay here it's the same thing no matter what floor. And there radios are to loud. Then there talking back and forth is ridiculous. I know they can see the "do not do not disturb" and they know someone's sleeping in there. How are you supposed to sleep??

Our room had a horrible smell. They came up and sprayed it with febreeze. Well that just accomplished to give us swollen eyes, and stuffed noses. We were supposed to stay two nights and well we didn't last. Plus asked the maid to have someone come fix the toilet so it flushed. Guess it wasn't important enough for the lady to have it done. Anyhow didn't enjoy the stay. Security was helpful and kind.

The food was very good always In the waiters is always bringing it drinks very nice

I've eaten at the deli for years now and I have always enjoyed the food! Nothing fancy, but hardly ever disappoints

Didnt win tonight. But my husband usually does. Nope not a winner for either of us. But, it was fun
