Nice acomidations, friendly staff, and food is available untill 3 am from certain cafes. The only issue I has was that signs for the bars say they close at 2 am but the staff close everything up and do last calls at 1:15am. I arrived late at night so I cant say how their drinks were.
The prime rib was bland in the buffet. The rest of the food was good. The casino floor itself was clean.
Went on Senior night, had to wait in line about 30 minutes, the selection at the buffet wasn't that great, however the food that was there was good.
Worst casino I have ever been too. I think the casino should be investigated for money laundering. I also think the gaming commission should monitor their slot machines.
The service in the buffet was ok had to ask for drinks and water wasn't of busy..the room were nice beds were comfortable. ..an older lady fell in the pool area and split her head they responded and helped her...but left and left the blood poolside..was kinda groom so we didn't get enjoy the pool..
Best Salmon i ever ate. Delicious food and very friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back. Our first time visit and we are gonna be regulars from now on. Please dont change a thing in your buffet. Pasta bar is awesome. Deserts are fresh and delicious. Great job guys. See you soon.

I love the food. And the atmosphere here. My fiance and I will come up when we have time together. And it's worth the 1.5hr drive. I dont think we'lol ever stop going.

Went to the 360 Ink Fest. Enjoyed Dinner and Tattoos Drinks were too sweet so they remade them for us without complaint. They have cannollis!!!!

We stayed overnight. The hotel guest parking are had aloft of riffraff out there. We went in and out that area exit and entrance a bit and almost everytime we did we saw loitering, prowling and arguing in the parking lot area. Casino area was ok.
Like lucky eagle but have eaten in the new craft house several times and each time we say no more. Last Saturday there again and wanted breakfast so instead of walking all the way down to the deli,which we really like, we went into the craft house again. We asked for crispy well done bacin. The bacon was so black with burned taste and you couldn't even pick it up or cut it. It absolutely fell apart. You would think the waitress would not have even delivered to us. Now I know why it is never crowded. Service and chef need to get lessons.
Price of rooms, and have been there probably 20 times, and never have won any money,stayed in a room last time and for the price and how long u get it is not worth it, so I guess it's illani from now on

The casino is way off of the main highway, the rooms are very nice and we'll taken care of and the bed is pretty comfortable too although if the casino hadn't given us the room for free we normally would not stay, they are a bit spendy. Most of the employee's we come in contact with are super nice but if you are into playing cards there are many dealers that could use a customer service class or two.
I went to play with my mom, expecting $10 in free play for my first time, but was promptly asked to leave because, for whatever reason, the casino is not 18+, but 21+. I could play at the hotel, using my own money, but that's not gonna happen.

I ve been frequenting lucky eagle since the beginning. It seems like all the momentum of building got to their heads and while revamping recently has slowly lowered the satisfaction value of visiting. The new buffet was a major downgrade. Customer service around the entire property went to a alltime low. However it felt really good to pocket all the money that was going to be spent on services though. So let s make the 1 Star a 2. If you want to save money at a casino this would be the one to go to though, service makes it impossible to spend a dime. You can play the same machines at any bar in Oregon it feels like. In fact I get better service at Oregon bars too. Dang.

Lucky Eagle is amazing!! They have great dining options and a large, beautfiul casino. The hotel has a skybridge that connects to the casino. They have also added a large, covered parking garage. I have won 2 of my 3 jackpots at this casino. Great fun!!
Would not let us use the restroom unless we were 21, and after they found out I was over 21 but my sister was only 18, they refused to speak to her anymore and would only talk with me

Didn't win this time but no complaints. I genuinely love the feel of this casino. The all in all feel is like redwind casino before they changed their club red rewards system. The staff it's 99% of the time the most courteous. The people that go and gamble here are 90% good people and the drive from auburn, WA is worth it every time. They have an amazing pizza place ( like muckleshoot before the remodel). I haven't tried the buffet yet but the line up for it says it's gonna be great and their hotel is amazing with totally reasonable prices smoking or non rooms. If u want a room u should always make reservations I've learned so call ahead of time. Their rewards system is amazing. I never feel like I've been cheated even when I lose when I go here. They are the "good vibes" casino and I pray they never turn from that...i mean even security is basically friendly and local police aren't arrogant jerks either it's worth the drive to me from wherever I may be cuz I will always come back to this place so long as they remain being my " good vibes" casino!!

This place always has the best service and it is not understaffed like Ilani. The drinks are a fair price and the smoking sections are clearly labeled. After just visiting Ilani, this place is five stars!

They need people to wait on people ..i was very thirsty very time I go in on Mondays I have never asked if I would like a drink and I go every Monday never asked me I had to hunt someone down and by that time I say the he'll with it they don't want my money that's just fine ....one time I found someone I had to go to someone in security to find my waitress and get my debt card back ..that day I couldn't even gamble between looking for a drink and then chasing down my debit card........was not happy......
Had a great time on the trip to the Mariners game. The hosts are great people and they show you a great time. I'd go on any trip they host.

This is a very nicely constructed casino with a huge non-smoking section. Great slot selections, and I left with more money than I arrived with, which is always nice.

It was a really nice clean casino and restaurant area, however the food in the seafood buffet was a bit lacking. For advertising a AYCE buffet featuring snow crab and prime rib, it was very disappointing. The crab was cold, and there were very few snow crab clusters mixed in with all the dungeness crab clusters, and the prime rib was very tough and overcooked. The no sugar added chocolate cream pie was about the best thing on the buffet!
