Tip: from now on, please provide a more realistic estimate for the telephone request for costs for basic custody / testament deed. Had zero bells and whistles, zero frills.
Don't just indicate half of the final invoice. All the more since signing outside the office facility was already determined in advance. A client may rely on your experience.
Also the experience in determining costs.
Had very bad experiences with both the purchase of our dream home as well as changing the deed of division.
