Horrible experience ever just got the job and quit during training day. The trainer Danielle the worst person you could ever meet P.M.S. I'm glad didnt official start woking with her... Worst company ever anybody would tell you this, even those that's been there for long...I'm not the only person that feels like this. If you dont believe me go ahead and apply see how long you'll last.
This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come in contact with. It is not worth your time or money. Managers and the owner disrespect and talk down to their employees. I have only witnessed rudeness, filled with the sense of superiority that makes me cringe. I believe that companies should have moral values, that business owners should hold themselves with integrity, and respect all those around them. I have witnessed the mental abuse that this company conducts on its own employees, making them hate coming to work. They boast about having an open door policy where honesty is the best way to communicate. However, time and time again they punish people for their honesty. They entice people with financial incentives to come work for their company, promising something they will not fulfill. But more than often, employees are suspended for periods of times loosing their bonuses or financial incentives, and affecting their income. This is the type of company that just worried about money, they do not care about their employees or their wellbeing.After witnessing this mistreatment, I could not give any money to this company.
Worst company to work for. I worked for them for 2 months and they made me sign a verbal warning just because i took a different route. The manager back then was so rude, I believe his name was Ayman. They also keep watching you on the camera while driving which makes you nervous and uncomfortable.I am glad i left that company, i had such a bad experience.
Its technically not a great company they try to do best to provide good customer service which is good but the fact u always on camera even on the car by yourself make you feel uncomfortable and they have a driver Danielle which is a regular driver but acting like a boss shes the worst person ever to be around , as someone who would love to work there i dont think its worth it when you got her as trainer or if you like to move on on the job....
I showed up 30 minutes for a interview. I was told to wait in the conference room, it took 40 minutes for Kadeem to come and gave me a 10 minute interview.
I was then told to fill out a application and he would come back in 10 minutes. He never came back, after 20 more minutes I decided to go looking for him.
He was on the phone and yelled out for me to put the application on the table and he would call me on Monday.
I left my sensitive information on the table for anyone to get access to, He never called, it's been 4 days now.
I could have been a valuable asset to that company.
This is a great limo company. Beautiful cars, professional drivers, great communication and very reliable. Very highly recommended.
My husband works there as a chauffeur and has no complaints about the way this company operates, He has been there for almost a year now.
The mangers were accommodating and were able to work with my husband with the schedule that works for our family.
Overall LTI is a great company to work for.

IF YOU WANNA WORK THERE (READ THIS)
- you won't get your bonus ( they will find a reason to suspend you )
- make you work long hours, talking about 20 hours in one day ( crashed my car going home for being tired )
- they don't care about you, you're just a number
- they're only in business nowadays because they're lucky they work with Boston hotels.
-you will be treated with disrespect and will always feel scared to lose your job even tho you didn't do anything
-they didn't like me because i was brazilian
-you can not get the times you want to be in unless you're a 5 star
-watch you overtime, they got sued before for not paying it
-they will suspend you even without proof, they just make something up and suspend you, WITHOUT PROOF
IF YOU DO WORK THERE ( WHAT YOU SHOULD DO )
- ALWAYS have them in the back of your pocket, be ready for anytime they try to play you (happens at least once a week)
- Do your job right and don't let them play you
other stuff you'll learn yourself, they're disrespectful, tom grillo the general manager is also super RUDE, and will always try to get you.
Don't believe you'll make 2000$ in a week there, it'll never happen ..
slow season is never worth staying, you'll make no money, its dead..
times you should work there is february witch is busy, when it gets slow is not worth stay there getting 7$ an hour, won't make more than 100$ in a day !
Nice cars, but incredibly unreliable and their drivers never stop talking. They canceled on my 5 hour journey 10 minutes before they were supposed to pick me up and when I called the owner, he said we weren t a good fit and not to hire their cars again.
I got to ride on one of the Limos for a great price and The driver was amazing. THE DRIVE WAS LIT ( If you know what i mean)
I used to work with them. You don't make any money without working so many hours. And during summer it is not worth of working there. Because it dead.

MOST PROFESSIONAL, I have ever experienced!!! On time, courteous, immaculate and beautiful Escalade, enjoyable ride, chauffeur Hamid was kind, accommodating and assisting in every way, we had 4 in our party, they all got picked up and dropped off, all without a need for directions and the price was right!!! I highly recommend LTI International and will look forward to all my future rides with LTI International
