When I was brought here by ambulance due to my covid symptoms, I was weary cause I ve only read bad reviews.. It was a Saturday and I went right into my room and met by a nurse and quickly met by an ER Dr. they were all very nice and reassuring, had this nurse not encouraged me to come back if my symptoms worsened, I m not sure where I d be. I only spent about an hour before being released and came back the following day due to worsen symptoms. The receptionist who checked me in was the sweetest and tried to calm me down.. she made sure I went back ASAP due to breathing issues. Again all nurses and the ER Dr. we re all amazing, I was admitted for 10 days here. Can t say it was the best time of my life, but every single person I came in contact with showed compassion and reassured me everything would be okay. Special shot out to RN Tiffany and Kimmie, they were absolutely amazing and knew how to talk to me, to keep my spirits up! Thank you SH!!! I am so grateful to be back home with my son and husband

I was attended to and my experience was excellent. Very grateful.

I hurt my back lifting a cap off my daughters truck and went to patient first where i had a xray. They gave me a dose pack which didn t help. My orthopedic at 3b orthopedic can t get me in until tomorrow but I m so uncomfortable and haven t slept all night for days. I visited aria health and after 3 painstaking hours of waiting i left. I visited lower bucks only to have the triage woman tell me they will give me ibuprofen or muscle relaxers both of which i have but i can t take ibuprofen while on the steroid pack.

She told me that is so they can do so if i wanted to leave i could.

Not i know why this place has such a bad reputation.

I will never go back to this place EVER and i don t suggest you do either.

I give this facility 0 out of 5 Stars! If you have a mental crisis, do not and I repeat do NOT come to Lower Bucks crisis center!They don't help, they make your situation worse. They sent me home telling me I need family counseling for my, then, 15 yr old son. When I got home, I called The place the crisis center referred me to and they don't accept new patients!! So not only was her solution no good, or non existent, but she sent DHS to my house!!!!!!!!! The DHS lady came to my house 1 time, I explained why we went to crisis and the next day she closed my case. They're a bandage station, definitely NOT good help for mental crisis!!

Wow. They admitted me over night after suffering from heat stroke. They ran several MRIs, several EKGs and had 3 IVs in my body at one point but never any actual IV. My whole body is a bruise. Then they tried to keep me over the weekend so they could run another test on me Monday. Most of the staff is nice, but not very professional. Hospital is life and death stuff, they were acting like bar drinking buddies. Don't even ask about the food. Do not go for even a paper cut!

Just had MRI imaging done. Scheduler on phone was super-nice and helpful, scheduled within two days, radiology scheduler was really nice and friendly, MRI techs were great. Overall excellent experience!

Had a metal fragment stuck in my eye and the guy couldn't remove it. Super friendly, but him and his staff were incompetent. He was giving instructions to his staff and they just were NOT listening and following instructions. Next emergency, I'm going to drive the extra 5 minutes and go somewhere else. I may as well have just not gone in and avoided the bill, realistically.

If you have autism and are having a serious breakdown or mental heath or both problem don't go here.

I was held here for 48 hours

severely times at my stay here patient would come into my room and punch me each time they were given a warning but nothing was done I was thus scared for my safety the entire stay.

One staffer threaten to have me tied down for finding how she treated patients disturbing and reporting it to security she also attempted to instigate me by saying mean things to me security did nothing nori did I know if my concerns were sent to the proper ones in charge or if they just fell on death ears.

at times when I was falling sleep staff would enter my room and manipulate/intimidate me to take a injection to "help" me sleep this made me extremely uncomfortable and damaged my trust in doctors.

they held me against my will for 48 hours then sent me somewhere where I sat down and talk to them and we came to the conclusion that I wasn't at the right place and went home.

over all this experience I had there was traumatizing and felt like my rights were violated and was not treated with basic human decency.

Female at registration was signing someone in, oh they went to same school knew each other's sister's. Worker hmm, day talking she's from Bristol etc. I now listened to there whole life stories couldn't sit need help getting up hurt back. Couldn't use wheel chair. Admissions has better than thou greetings. Had to leave, more horrible stories I Know but this must be write off. Shame some people are nice but stuck there working while other's socialize.

My wife and I have been sitting here with out 9 month old son, he had been running a fever of 102 to 103 we've been here for over an hour and that have not done a single thing at all... This emergency room kids being the main priority does not exist here apparently
