Such a great shop run by a wonderful family. The store offer local handcrafts, some grocery items, hot food, smoothies, fresh fruit, shaved ice, Tropical Dreams ice cream (best in the big island), and fishing gear.

The greatest little place for Hawaiian Style food. Super friendly proprietors that were kind enough to show me the property that has been in the family since the late 1800's. I had the Portuguese Chili Cheese Dog and it was awesome. Great place for a quick bite!

We got there 15 minutes before closing per goggle maps at 6pm. We parked and saw someone with shaved Ice. We walk in and told they are closed for shaved ice. Strange the girl before us got the Last one at 545pm. Guess revenue not needed much here.

Excellent Kalua pork and Lua Lua Pork! Also nice smoothies. They sell also Kona coffee but from a thermos flask.

We didn't mean to get lunch here (just shave ice) but it smelled too good to pass up. We were not disappointed. The shave ice is also first-rate.

Small grocery store with a deli counter. Nice place to stop for lunch, shave ice, smoothies, and snacks. Smoothies were a bit pricey, though.

Super-friendly staff, lovely views (weather permitting), sweet fruit, rich coffee, and spotless restroom. Open early. A must-stop if you're driving the scenic loop on Old Mamalaoha Hwy or visiting Hawaii Tropical Botanical Garden. Mahalo for the bananas and coffee!

Delicious sandwiches, quiet and peaceful place. Service is great. Diversity is great. You can come and buy some gifts.

Family owned small business. Love these guys. They always have fresh fruit for sale and plenty good kind fresh lunches and snacks. When they have coconuts for sale they are always the good ones!

Great local lunch items. Recommend the loaded Chili Portuguese Hotdog plate.

THE KALUA NACHOS ARE THE BOMB! The shave ice is nice and soft and the flavors are to die for!

Cute little store to stumble upon. Delicious smoothies and nice conveniences such as toiletries, snacks, drinks, also a small selection of beer and wine including local options from Kona and Ola breweries. There is also a friendly orange shop cat named pickles.

The Low Store was the most delicious smoothies of our entire trip to Hawaii. We came in early in the morning and sat on the porch while we sipped our drinks and watched the ocean. It was absolutely perfect. #letsguide

Delicious! Sooooo fresh, delicious fruit and the best shaved ice I had in Hawaii. Must stop if you're travelling through. Not bad prices either

Low (Lo} Store is a combination of grocery, fresh fruits and vegetables (similar to a farmers market), a restaurant, ice cream shop, sporting goods store and gift shop. It is very small and seating is outdoors with a view of the ocean and cooling trade winds. The operators were very friendly and helpful. I visited on the 4th of July and they were very busy creating beautiful dishes of food and a variety of ice cream and shaved ice in rainbow colors. I was there to pick up a few items for our Independence Day party. I was able to get what I needed even though It wasn't something I that they normally sell. I am looking forward to visiting there again to try their food and spend some time looking at all the things they have for sale and sitting under the awning and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.

Just the place to relax with a multicolor shaved ice and a sandwich with the one you love and friends. ...Cool..it has character.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 turkey wraps from an empty store. Speed is not their specialty

This is a locally owned store with great food and awesome customer service. They dont just have food there they have things like propane for the camping stoves, feminine products, medical products, basic fishing, hand made crafts, post cards and so much more! Check them out!

This place is AWESOME! If you want "SHAVE ICE" THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR IT! Fresh produce and souvenirs of all kinds avail but if you get the shave ice get a "SNOW CAP & ICE CREAM" food there is really good as well!

Ok, tropical vegetarian wrap, off the hook!!! We have been trying to replicate it all week. Good solid food with just enough pineapple and tropical fruit to give it fresh, moist but not wet, sweet taste. Young Lady in the back is a genius!!!! Take the scenic route to
Akaka falls. Grab the sandwich and go to the falls for a feast!!!!

Got some good smoothies. Simple ingredients. They still use syrup but tastes good.

DO NOT MISS A STOP. This place is incredible: fantastic shave ice, great plate lunch offerings, a nice selection of groceries.
