These guys really saved us when a septic pipe broke under our house in the middle of a winter storm. It was not an easy situation but they did a great job, were extremely considerate and the final price after days of work was very fair. We will always call them first with any future needs.
Contacted loving to come look at my AC because it wasn't blowing cold air. The 1st tech came out and said that it was low on freon and that another tech would come back in 2 hours and recharge it. I spoke with the 1st tech on the phone and told him that the AC is really old and I dont want to spend a bunch of money on it and he said that the total bill would be no more than $300 to $350. Well the 2nd tech came back out and put 8lbs of freon in the AC, which by the way should have known that it shouldn't take that much, but did anyway. I also asked for an estimate for a new AC and furnace. Than I get a bill for $504. That's what you call terrible customer service. One promises no more than 350 and then get billed almost double cause they just keep pumping in the freon. I called to dispute the bill and was told that they would take the money off of the estimate which I didnt go with because they were $900 more expensive and had a lower seer rating AC than another estimate. BEWARE!
We had a situation with our sewer system. Called late morning and they had a service tech to us quickly who was able to take of the problem. The woman in the office was cery helpful and the tech was extremely poliet. Very pleased. Will call again with any needs.
