The organization also has a program called "Project Red Ribbon" which aims to raise funds for their advocacy through merchandise sales such as shirts or bags with red ribbons as a symbol of support for HIV/AIDS awareness.

LoveYourself_ph has received numerous awards and recognition for their efforts in promoting HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention. In 2018, they were awarded the "Outstanding Volunteer Organization" by the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA). They were also recognized by the Department of Health (DOH) as one of the top-performing non-government organizations in terms of HIV testing and counseling services.
