I am very glad that I registered with Love Success. I have been with them for almost a year doing temp work and they have always found the right position for me and which meet my needs. The best recruitment agency I have come across. Georgia is absolutely fantastic and found me a job within two days of me contacting them. She took all of my requirements into consideration and found me a great position. Georgia is so lovely and really cares about helping you find a job suited to your needs. She even gave me a call on the morning of my first day and wished me luck! - As I'm a university student currently on summer break, it was really wonderful that Georgia managed to find me an ongoing position so quickly, until I return to my studies. These guys are amazing!! Gemma took on my case and got me a job I love within two weeks of me signing up with her! Hands down the best recruitment company I've used. After looking for 6 months I went from applying online to starting a temp role within 48hours and then permanent with a brilliant company within a month. I was registered with many different recruitment agents and was just coming to the end of a contract when Love Success was recommended to me. I m very glad I followed the recommendation up as all of the girls at LS work really hard to get you into work.

My experience with my consultant Georgia Sharman has been excellent, she is always on the end of the phone if I need anything and every few weeks calls to check in with me to make sure everything is ok.

I m never ever one to write reviews, however I have been so impressed with Love Success that I feel obligated to share my experience. I have dealt mainly with Georgia as well as Margaret and have been communicating with other members of the team as well. All members of Love Success (from the CEO's, to the lovely receptionist to the accounts department as well as the consultants) are highly responsive, accommodating and eager to get you out to work. I had a personal misfortune occur after they had organised a placement for me, yet Georgia was particularly understanding throughout my time away and her and her colleagues sorted me out with work within a day of coming back to London. In a market that is saturated with recruitment agencies, I have found London quite a challenging place to find rewarding work in, where you are paid and treated what you are worth. With Love Success, there are no umbrella companies to deal with, no third parties whatsoever and the clients that they have sent me to have been reputable companies where the conditions have been professional and the hourly rate very fair. So an extremely heartfelt thank you from me and I hope that others have a similarly positive experience.

Was placed in a temp job through this agency, proved to be kind and helpful until I had to take some time out due to anxiety attacks I was experiencing, they tried to persuade me to continue to work so as not to upset their client. Needless to say they've dropped me. Not quite the diversity and understanding I'd like to see in this day and age.

I found the recruiters very pushy. Calling me every 5 minutes and generally annoying. Whenever I would go for an interview and not get it they would act like I wasn't trying hard enough. I would not recommend them.

Highly recommend registering with Love Success! Have registered a few times and each time I had a really good experience. They are great at finding roles which fit in with what you are looking for and are not pushy at all when it comes to arranging interviews. Cannot recommend Love Success highly enough. The consultants (I especially work with Maggs and Kyra, Andrea and Lizzie have been fantastic too) always are working tirelessly on my behalf making sure I am matched with work when I want it, but equally when I need a break/am on holiday I never feel pestered or pushed. Especially with 'Wait4Work' I have had great success, I go to the office in the morning at 8am and 3 times out of 4 have been found work to go to that morning. A fantastic firm I highly recommend.
