Had a unusual knock from my 2017 F150 king ranch 3...

Had a unusual knock from my 2017 F150 king ranch 350 v6. Turned out to be a timing chain sprocket reported as a service notice. $1800 later all fixed and all covered by Fords 5 year 60k power train warranty!
The Ford service writer and techs are fantastic.

I had to rate them 1 star but if I could ve I wouldn t have given them any!! My husband had a scheduled appointment to come and BUY a Ford Expedition on May 4, 2018 at 10:00am. He had received an email at 7am to remind him of his appointment at 10:00. He had to drive 4 hours from where we live but it was a great deal and we thought it was worth it. Upon arriving he was told that they sold the vehicle the previous day (May 3). PISSED!!!They continued to try and sell him more expensive vehicles before he finally just walked out. I am taking my business elsewhere and encourage everyone else to do the same!!

Horrible customer service. I was never disrespecred this much by someone whom I pay to fix my car. Will never even consider coming back to Cowles Parkway! At 7:30 A.M. on 10 April 2019 they called me and disrespectfully ordered me to take my car off the shop. When I asked in details if they performed safety recalls, he (Deshaun) could not provide me with the dates that recalls were (not) performed on my vehicle, rather gave me wrong information and claimed that I have already told him the dates of maintenance on my car!!! How is possible that I ask him the questions and provide him with wrong answers for my own questions!? "Your car is done here, DO YOU UNDERSTAND? I am telling you, your car is done. Do you understand??"
I willnot take this review off until this matter is resolved and my car is fixed for all safety recalls. I will never any Ford products ever again.

Bought my first ever brand new vehicle from Cowles. I've always disliked the process of buying cars in the past, but i must say this time I had a great experience. My salesman Seerat-mo was excellent. He worked with my trade to get my new truck to the price I was willing to pay. Overall 5 stars and I hardly ever leave 5 stats. I highly recommend Cowles Parkway Ford

We are very happy with the new 2019 Explorer we purchased however the service we were provided at the dealership was not great. Not only were my wife and I left sitting alone in a cubicle for upwards of 3 hours without so much as a glass water being offered to us, during this time we were told that vehicle was going to be cleaned and prepared before our departure. Granted, the vehicle was new so it was already in very good condition, but there were old paper floor mats, uncleaned windows, and dirt/dust inside the vehicle. Considering the amount of money we spent on the car we were hoping it was going to at least be washed and wiped down from sitting on the lot.

I had misread my appointment reminder and showed up a week ealry. Instead of turning me away the staff said that they would try to work it in by the end of the week if I could leave it. My vehicle had brake issues and I did not want to drive it further, so I left it. I received a phone call later that same day telling me they were able to fix everything that day. The service department and staff have always been awesome for every visit.

I prayed before going to get my SUV. I knew what type of SUV I wanted and that was the Ford Escape 4WD. The only setback that I was disappointed in the car was missing one of the mat that goes in the back passenger side and the smoke smell in the front of the car. I m still waiting on the mat I was promised by the sales associate.

I have to say I was not expecting such remarkable customer service and straight forward honesty from a car dealership. In past purchases, from other dealers, There was so much back and forth with the sales numbers and I left feeling stressed, tired and unsure about the deal I had signed. This wasn't the case with Cowles Parkway Ford. Their Friendly staff made the environment pleasing, they made it clear that your business was of upmost importance. They didn't play the back and forth dance the I have been accustomed to from car dealers and they offered me more for my trade than the car dealer whom I had purchased numerous vehicles from. I can attest that if you chose Cowles Parkway Ford, you will leave satisfied, without a doubt, I thank Ms.Gail Jasper for her integrity, and dedicated service, that went above and beyond I also thank the rest of the staff who truly care about their customers and If you qualify for any type of discount or rebate ( In my case military rebate) They will get it for you. The staff here works hard to get you the best price. I shall be returning for another purchase shortly.

I had a coupon for a free oil change and told the service guy.When it came time to pay they tried to charge me and also for a tire rotation that I did not want done and did not order. They quickly remedied the charge and I feel a little bad for taking off 2 stars but there was a definate breakdown in communication .

Ford always does an excellent job with my vehicle. Even as an "emergency walk in" my service was quick and easy. Scott did wonderful at explaining what was wrong with my truck and made it very clear how much it would cost.

Do Not Use Service Department Here! Jared in service is the most disgruntled and unprofessional service representative I have ever had to deal with. He is very unreliable and maintenance service is the slowest I have ever had in 20 years of owning a Ford. Took over 2 hours to obtain a oil change when having a scheduled appointment one week and the next took 2 days for repairs when we were told it was a 4 hour job. When calling to see if our vehicle was ready at 4 pm, we were told he was going to have a supervisor take a look at it and he would call back at 5. I called at 530 and was told that he had left for the day and there were not records of what was going on with our vehicle and to call back tomorrow morning....

Cowles Parkway Ford provides an excellent service!! We purchase a 2016 Ford Explore XLT this is our 1st brand new vehicle, because of this it was very important for us to get all the information and details of the vehicle that we already had in mind. We got out with a great deal even when our credit was not establish, this was not the stressful experience we thought we were getting in to.
Cowles Parkway Ford has great staff and well trained to help you in any situation Francisco Hernandez was our sales agent he was outstanding... good work Cowles.

WORST FORD SERVICE EVER - Stay Away, Zero Quality Workmanship - No Management or Leadership supervision. Almost killed my family! Brought my 2013 Ford Explorer to Cowles Ford for initial oil change and service, when returned my wife took the car for gas. While at the gas station fueling, gas was pouring out from the engine. Cowles tried to blame Ford parts, finally admitted poor workmanship on their part.

When I initially put my car in for problems with my cross traffic and rear camera (Feb ),I was not provide great updates or status regarding my car from service tech David. After talking with another service tech he told me to bring my car to the shop once any service lights come on. A few days later my service engine light came on. David was my tech and he did give me a rental car. From late Feb until April 17, David did not do a good job of informing me about the status of my car. I always had to contact him and he would say we are working on it. He did not follow up on phone calls to update me.

Finally I got a call fromTrey to let me know my car was ready but I would have to pay for the cross traffic and rear camera. Trey was. Helpful and told me when I could pick up my car and stated that David left the company. I thought that the cross traffic and rear camera would be covered but Trey said it wasn t under warranty . I asked Trey about my state inspection, he said it would ve done.

The service once Trey took over had been outstanding. He contacted me as soon as parts were ready to repair the cross traffic and camera. He was curious and professional and contacted me throughout the service.

I had a series of terrible experiences with the se...

I had a series of terrible experiences with the service department for warranty work with my previous car. It took multiple trips to get one of the repairs correct and with another they misplaced my keys so they took days just to start fixing the problem. During the repairs, they damaged the interior of the car and attempted to hide the problems. Not only was I blamed for one problem, but they blatantly lied to me about another by claiming they checked other cars on the lot and the damage was simply the way the car was built. The damage was fixed without question when I took it to another dealership. Terrible service all around.

Upon my deployment at the end of 2018 I visited this Ford dealership to purchase a 2018 Mustang GT. I spoke with a representative and his manager and needed documentation to send to my credit union so i could make the purchase. I waited for the documentation and never received it. I followed up and visited again and spoke with the Sales manager and was informed i would receive the documentation needed to make the purchase. I never received the documentation and my wife and I, after speaking with them numerous times, felt as of they did not want to sell me a vehicle. For this matter i would NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE PERIOD.

Update: Finally got my permanent tags today. It wasn't the fault of the dealership, just got caught up in the DMV processing. The manager was very helpful and got me another set of temp tags when they expired. Appreciate that there was a great attempt to rectify the situation, changing the number of stars I'm giving

Update: my second set of temp tags expire tomorrow and they have still not sent another set. This dealership cares nothing about you after they have taken your money. Hard to get in touch with and when you ask for status updates, you are told that you are bugging them. Completely unacceptable.

Communication has been horrible from this dealership. I bought a car a couple of months ago here and the initial dealing was fine, no problems. However, I heard absolutely nothing after that regarding my expiring temp tags, or the aftermarket work to be done. I finally got a response from someone after emailing and texting them saying that the loan had not been processed yet. I understand things take time sometimes, but there was absolutely no initiative to let me know what was happening. I wrote emails to the salesperson over the course of a couple of weeks to let them know I needed new temp tags and got no response whatsoever. I finally found their contact info and texted them and got a response within minutes...

I'm still waiting to get permanent tags for my car... Again, I understand things happen, paperwork doesn't go through, things get lost, etc. But I have had to hound the people here to get any response. Unacceptable for a business to operate and treat their customers like this

So I was able to get a good car for a decent price. However, the salesman initially told me he d keep the car for me until the next day since I called ahead & live 40 mins from the dealership & it was snowing/sleeting. He calls back 20 mins later & says I need to get there ASAP because another salesman has someone coming in to buy the car. I figured he was lying, but I came to buy the car just in case he wasn t. I had my own financing through my credit union. He lied to me & ran my credit anyway for their financing. So I buy the car & because I live in MD, I needed a MD inspection. It didn t pass due to my 2 back tires. I called them to see if they d replace them or reimburse me. They refused to do either even after I explained I d write a lengthy review on google. The manager told me yes do what you have to do . Just be ware with them. Not saying they sell lemons, but if something goes wrong, don t expect them to have your back or honor their sell.

Awesome staff. Helpful and got me a great deal on my new car. My credit score and history is not the best yet they were still able to get me an EXTREMELY low interest rate. I would highly recommend this dealership especially my salesman Ahmad Fnu and financer Jerry San-Luis. FIVE STARS!!!!!

I schedule my vehicle for its maintenance and I was told to bring it into the shop it was covered by my warranty. I arrived and was checked in for service. I was told everything I was schedule for was covered under my maintenance plan. After several hours had pass, I thought they where finished, he comes the technician with unsatisfactory news. "I am sorry to inform you that the work is not covered under your maintenance plan and you have to pay x amount. Has this happen before, YES was I willing to pay,somewhat . I would pay for the wiper blade replacement and maybe the oil change, but all else was covered under my warranty they should honor there commitments. Especially after I drove an additional hour from home and I have a FORD dealer 8 miles from my new residence. Second when we purchased out vehicles we where told that as long as we bring them back to this location our inspection, and oil changes would be at no cost. Boy that was a lie. They have done the same thing to my wife car and she called me upset stating they wanted her to pay. Now I do want to say there is a gentleman that knows me from his previous employer that works there at Cowles that tried to handle the situation as best as he could, I do want to thank him, but for the rest of the apologetic staff that did nothing to include the manger, please take care of your long outstanding customer because you never know what influence they can provide. My intention was to look at trading my vehicle in for a new model. I want to thank Cowles Ford for changing my mind. This is the las time I will be doing business with them and will not recommend anyone else. They do not stand by there warrant or there promise.

My experience at Cowles Parkway Ford was awful. it took 5 hours to purchase a Ford Fusion vehicle even with an appointment. It 15 minutes to choose a car, the rest was wrangling and waiting. TRUECAR means nothing when going to Cowles Ford, you will still get taken. I returned my vehicle when a few days after purchasing it, the contract I agreed upon was $4,000 dollars more on the contract, they slipped in items and products I did not agree to, DO NOT DO ELECTRONIC SIGNING. When they offered to redo my contract I discovered I was still taken. Will not return there again, not even for servicing.

As management and service continues to improve, I have had zero issues with scheduling or checking on the status of my vehicles. Their apps keep you updated and allow for easy communication with the service writers. I prefer factory original parts and appreciate the professionalism of the dealership.

The financial experience left a lot to be desired....

The financial experience left a lot to be desired. After trading in my car, my Mom was needed to come in later to sign it off, as we both shared the title. Unfortunately she's elderly and became ill. My father also has alzheimer's so I was very distraught and overwhelmed since I had to help care for them both. It was a very trying time for my family. A couple weeks later, my phone rings, and Jerry of the financing office leaves a rude message on my phone about needing my Mother to come in and sign the papers.

Now, this is the first time I had heard from the dealership, and car buying was the last thing on my mind at that point, so I was very shocked at the tone of the phone call and further upset. It completely ruined an otherwise good experience with the dealership. Jerry is only one of many people working there, however he is a reflection of the lack of integrity and care they show for their costumers. You're treated well at first, but all the niceties and common decency disappear once you sign the dotted line. I will be steering others away from this dealership. From the bottom of my heart I do NOT recommend Cowles Parkway Ford.

We had deferred a good bit of maintenance on our 2012 Ford Expedition because we were returning to the US after four years in Europe. Trey communicated with us effectively and presented options with recommendations of what was urgent and what could be postponed. They do not do body work but recommended a good place. Trey knew the trends with our make and model at over 110,000 miles, he was able to get parts quickly, and he got us back on the road with a VA registration faster than expected. I appreciate the straight talk at Cowles Ford and they will be my regular maintenance home in VA.

It took 8 hours to purchase my explorer. Sheesh. To update, I scheduled my 2nd service online. After already requesting time off from work, the service rep left a message on my mobile phone telling me they were over booked, and to reschedule. Great, I do not have time to do this for 30 days, so now, I will be greatly past due for service. I should have purchased a Toyota, where I always get excellent service in Stafford.

Just purchased a new 2015 Ford F-150 from Cowles which happens to be the fourth new vehicle I've purchased from them over the last couple years. As always, I receive up front pricing when I ask that is competitive with other dealers. In the end, I always get the best deal from Cowles Ford. Their staff is the best in the area. I highly recommend stopping by if you are interested in a Ford vehicle.

I hate leaving reviews. Had service rendered that was not acceptable. Asked for wiper blades and tire rotation with my oil change. Wipers were never done and all 4 tires were 4 different pressures over 5psi difference. No solution was given . Now I m doing this myself which is fine except I just spent $100 for not 5 star service.

Nothing about. The car was worth around 24,000 dollars for him to come back to us and wanna end up charging 30,000. Yeah right ! Not to mention he kept telling us to drive over the speed limit while test driving but that s besides the point. He kept insisting for us to give him a number on the price . When we gave him one he grabbed all the paperwork, got up and told us his manager will be handing us our key back (because we were getting an appraisal). His whole demeanor changed and when he was walking past us he stepped on my boyfriends shoe and didn t even apologize . Didn t want to do business what so ever never gave us a chance didn t know much about anything. We went to a different location and the other guy right off the bat had a completely entire vibe and was extremely informative. He was explaining everything and even told us the car had remote start (something mo Never explained to us mind you we were looking at the same exact car) . Even though we had a terrible Service here I m glad it happened because we ended up with the best deal for the same type of car at a different dealership!

Had a very positive buying experience. Got a fantastic deal on a Fusion Hybrid, and was quickly put through all the paperwork process. I think it helped that it was 10 o'clock at night when we actually struck a deal, but everyone was very helpful and friendly and I'm very happy with my purchase. The car is a great car, especially for the deal I got and I am getting around 50 miles per gallon which is amazing. Jay was a great salesman and I highly recommend people go see him, he did not apply the typical salesman pressure and was very pleasant to deal with.

I hate buying cars, I hate dealing with salespeople. Dont we all. I feel like they're out for themselves (which is true in most cases, it's their job).
This was not the experience I had here. I had Mo help me not only find a car that my wife loved but helped with finding discounts that I was eligible for and customizing the car so my wife had something unique to her taste. Mo made this painless and simple. I will return my business here

I made an appt to get my car appraised and the first thing they ask you is are you buying another or will this be a trade...no I said just need to see if you will appraise and buy considering I bought it from them five years ago...appt was set at 11 only for me to arrive and the person I had appt with wasn t available until 1. But was told to fill out paperwork and someone would be with me...I waited 40 mins no one came...so I left and made sure I texted the person who set up the appt...told them how unprofessional it was to set an appt up and not tell me the person wasn t available...no response...and to think I have bought cars there in the past...thinking they tried to hagel me then....this isn t how you treat customers

I can only speak of the quality of service I recei...

I can only speak of the quality of service I received from the Service Department. James and his diesel team are professional and highly educated in Powerstrokes. I have trusted them with my 2014 F350 with 6.7L Powerstroke on two separate occasions. First was a regular service in which they noticed some issues with a leak in an output seal. It was quickly repaired and I was back on the road in no time. The second was for my check engine light. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and get me back on the road again. This time, there were no parts required, just their professional diagnosis of the issue which they were able to quickly remedy. I would highly recommend anyone with a Powerstroke to visit James and his team for their next service.
