All of their restaurant/bar concepts are great. My wife and I especially enjoy the Woodshed. If you ever get the opportunity to go to one of their pop up restaurants, you will enjoy it, get on their email list. Four of us went to one earlier this year, excellent food and atmosphere. Also very neat watching Tim Love cook right in front of you. Cool experience!
Food is hit or miss at each location depending on who the cooks are that day .I.e woodshed and the dove..I go to the love shack in the stockyards twice a week only Thursday and Sunday nights . Those nights I found were the perfectly cooked burger, chicken sandwich was juicy and not overcooked . basically everything I ate was near perfection.. and the cook mark with the Awsome pig tattoo and all the fruits and veggies knows what he is doing. I've eaten there other days and the burger was burned chicken was dry etc..and I could see who was cooking so I only go on those days when I know my food will be perfection. and Nicole the counter girl is great and informative.. however I learned this week the cook mark is leaving .. very sad about that been going there for two years.. and the best food I had was the last 6 months...So I will give it a shot however Every other person who has made me food there has overcooked it and underwhelmed me.. got some shoes to fill good luck finding a passionate cook! Who knows what they are doing...
