Louisville Outdoor Turf Products Review

My husband and I started our Lawn Business in 1991. We have been to several commercial mower dealers in the last almost 30 years. This place has been "THE BEST" by far!! Ryan and Stacey are absolutely phenomenal!! My husband had a stroke at the young age of 59 ;-) and they totally had our backs. When you own your own company and have no one to count on but yourself it is soooo amazing when someone else has your back. We had no idea how much my husband would recover nor did we have any idea how much he would be able to do! They were there for us and were willing to do anything we needed. If you are in the market for any type of outdoor turf equipment, please give them a go!!! I think as consumers we should support those that go above and beyond to help their loyal customers. I cannot say enough about their compassion and support as we have walked through this very difficult time in our lives are we/he is better because they are a part of it!!! <3

I am currently in the market for a stander mower to make my mowing time quicker and less destructive on my body. A great guy by the name of Brad helped me out. He was amazing. Walked me through mowers, and taught me how to operate a mower. He even watched my kid as I hopped on the mower. These guys were super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. It seems like a great place to work as well, everyone was smiling!! If I could give 6 star review, I would have... Thanks!!!

The guys over at LOTP have helped me so much the past year. Whether it be buying new equipment, trading in old equipment, or just answering questions that pop up. Ryan, Brad, and the rest of the gang are always so courteous when you're at the shop. They treat everyone like family, and they take care of everyone as well. This is an extremely well managed, professionally run mower shop, and I will not hesitate to ever go back. It's not even on my side of town, but they are more than worth the drive!

PS, the Wright mowers they sell are the best of the best! Just picked up my new 32 Stander B, and might go back next year to trade in my Zk. Y'all are the bomb!!!

Louisville Outdoor is awesome to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and prompt! I had my mower serviced and back a couple days before it was promised. I use commercial equipment for my residential needs and they still have a genuine interest in helping me. I've used other big name dealers in Louisville and I can't get the time of day because I'm not with a professional lawn service. Go to Louisville Outdoor! You won't be disappointed.
