very disappointing was on my way back from Galway and my wife and I decided to call in for a coffee went in and ordered was told they would bring the drinks out to us. We waited 20 to 25 minutes no drinks. We left not willing to wait any longer. Now we gave oud our phone number if they were bothered i am sude they would have rang.Maybe if ordered a meal we would have better customer service.

The best hotel in Loughrea. New with great facilities and only 25 minutes drive to Galway by motorway.

Somewhat older. Room very nice. But bar and restaurant were a bit grubby.
Splendid food. Evening meal perfect, breakfast is alrite. Comfortable clean rooms, easy access lots of parking.

The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and you have everything you need.
The service is excellent as well as the friendliness of the staff.
Even at a wedding you come here as a normal guest not too short and is served the same as the wedding guests.
The food tastes great and the prices are a bit more expensive than other hotels but that makes the quality of the dishes away.
I highly recommend the hotel.
Absolutely fantastic hotel with wonderful helpful staff. Rooms are gorgeous and food fabulous.
