Good quiet hotel. The staff is very respectful, if there is a complaint all right there and copes. There is no animation, the food is good, and the main thing is edible. This hotel is for those who want to leave the hustle and bustle of the world, only sea and sand.
This is not the first time I have stayed at Lou Lou and are always satisfied with the service. The building itself is located on the coast and is just a stone's throw away. I didn't have to go anywhere. At the very beginning, we heard enough stories from friends about the huge queues for the bus and were terribly worried.
Our voucher did not include lunch and dinner, we went to neighboring restaurants. I would also like to note the fish and "Kazan". They are located close to each other. "Kazan" in the neighboring hotel "Al Seef". They have Russian cuisine in the UAE and they cook better than me!))). Just the reason for going to them, although the room has its own kitchen. Sitting on a diet is impossible here, their portions are huge, and often it seemed to me that this would be enough for lunch, dinner, and a snack. It is incredibly tasty and the food resembled the one that my mother cooked.
We also bought a bunch of excursions and it brought a lot of emotions. I went to Dubai, on safari, to the desert, wherever it was possible to get and where we have not yet been. On the days when we did not go on a tour, we walked in Sharjah. There is where to go. In general, I liked the rest. Lou Lou is our choice, which we are not going to change on our next visit.

If I could give them 0 stars I would do that immediately. The reception was so so rude that they even talked to us in a way that pretty much meant get the heck out of here. And they pretty much blackmailed us
Pleasant troika. Safe, water only on arrival. 1.5 liters - 11 ders. Passport at the reception. Transfer: Dubai City, Sharjah mole, safari, to the Sharjah gold market (nearby, you can walk). For breakfast - a good coffee machine, fruit pieces, scrambled eggs do. 1 dollar - 3,65D.
Lunch or dinner to choose from.
We stayed in this hotel for four days and it was the pleasant experience as sea view from my room window was just awesome. Environment outside the room was breathtaking.
Swimming pool with hot water and sun bath facilities were just make us forget anything else.
It s calm , sweet friendly staff, amazing pool and clean. But the only bad thing is the beach mostly the sand has too much oil and it gets stuck in your feet and hard to remove.
A nice hotel with great pool access and beautiful beach right in front with sunbeds umbrellas etc all included and also a well hidden jaccuzzi ...
The hotel offers wifi but the connection is very bad in the rooms forcing to move to the home to have the network which is not practical.
Regarding breakfast, it is closed much too early at 10am !!!
So notice to the big sleepers and eaters you have to get up early.
The staff is a bit too rigid and cold.
There are too many procedures such as bringing your card for breakfast, bringing your card to have towels, all this makes the stay too restrictive.

The hotel is nice and has an outdoor swimming pool and a private beach but the cleaning staff was disappointed that tried to open the door in the morning without admission and the reception was fairly good and there was a problem I do not know exactly might be trying to steal from a worker for a room by my side ..

A good hotel, your beach is given beach towels, on the coastline "fungi" and sun beds. The pool. From minuses - bad cleaning of a beach, the behavior of having a rest is not regulated: they smoke everywhere, around cigarette butts, abandoned plastic bags, disposable cups. The beds are dirty, the service staff of guest workers is worth a handful - "sharpens the lyasy." In my opinion, subjective opinion - the managing manager is weak. This hotel requires minor repairs, traces of fallen plaster and ... so little things are visible.

Nice 3-star hotel with wounderful beach access. Large swimming pool at the beach. Excellent jacuzzi. Wonderful time guaranteed for kids and adults. Newly remodeled lobby anf lounge area. Healthy breakfast buffet... All in all its a nice economical family vacation destination.

1- Bad welcome at the reception
2- I booked 10 days before my arrival at the hotel by telephone room with sea view. When I reached hotel I found a ground floor room with a closed facade. They told there is no available room & when I rejected room they give me a room in the upper floor at the end of the very long corridor. With very narrow view
3- I spent 2 nights, 3 days, did not send a house keeping team to clean room except morning of the second day, and I had request them to clean the room. They reply to me ok and when I returned to the room I found that they did not do anything & when I asked manager regarding that he tell me they send cleaning team only 1 time on second day morning that s mean I spent 3 days with one time room cleaning.
4- they delayed me in check out for an hour because of my missed towels card & they asked for 25 dirhams for the missing card, knowing that the card is very small and in poor condition

The hotel is immersed in greenery. Private beach, outdoor pool. Many free buses to Dubai and shopping centers of Sharjah and Dubai.
Good first line hotel.. Breakfast is good and cost 50 Dh.
