D was very amazing and professional. He knew what he was talking about. He made the car search easy and seamless. The finance man Jim was also knowledgeable and funny. You can tell the employees have fun while working yet remain professional. I had a great time and being able to laugh made the experience much better.

This was a great dealership with great service. We got an alignment, tire rotation, and oil change. The van runs so much better now that we had an alignment. The brakes don't cause the steering wheel to death wobble thanks to the tire rotation. The waiting time for express was about three hours but was well worth it because we could bring in our dogs.

I visited multiple dealerships trying to find a truck that had what I needed/wanted within my price range. Jerry Harrison spent half of his day making this happen. We were able to get a truck with everything I wanted hassle free, and, believe it or not, within 5 dollars of my price point. I ve already recommended him and their sales team to others at my place of work. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new truck purchase! Thanks!

I would give negative starts if I could. Booked an appointment for steering fix and provided significant notes. Give more than a week's notice and never heard back except for me to confirm my appointment and get reminders. I showed up, and the following happened...

1) Arrived and went to an available service person and was bluntly told by her to "someone will help you" and basically told to wait away from her
2) I had to wait for the one other service rep to get off the phone (that's okay...but it was a while...under staffed)
3) Then finally spoke to someone and told them I had a steering issue and without anything else, "it needs a gearbox"...wouldn't look at the Jeep or get anything else, and it wasn't available until April.
4) I was also told because it had a small lift that it is modified and "we can't help you"...

The other piece is that I drove all the way to the dealership and was sent away. I included every aspect in my booking, including that it had a lift. If they looked at this ahead of time, they could have told me earlier and politely.

Worst experience EVER from a dealership. Ignorant, disrespectful, and shows that they can only do the very basic tasks and likely overcharge for it. Find somewhere else to go.

My brother and I just purchased similar jeep wranglers. We had a great experience at Lou Fusz! Jeremy made the process of ordering our jeeps fun, easy and so exciting! He kept us updated on the status of each and walked us through everything making it such a smooth process... and I think he was just as excited for delivery day as we were!!!

Bought 2 vehicles from lou fusz dodge. Salesman have always been good. But the service department is not. The carpass for oil changes is a joke. When you get your car they tell you how your put to the front of line for oil changes. Last time was a few hour wait. Called ahead this time and told bring it up. Get here and told your 7th in line. Not the friendliest at the service check in either

Nick Little was my sales consultant and made it a very easy process, ready to answer any questions and you could tell he wanted to make us happy which is an awesome characteristic. Lou Fusz CJDR is a nice, big, clean dealership. It had one of the largest inventories around. The sales staff is very friendly. My wife and I had a pretty good idea as to the vehicle and options that we wanted. I also knew what price point I wanted to be at. We spoke to Matt Buesse who really listened to our wants and within minutes we were test driving our new vehicle. I m sure we were an easy sell, and Matt made the buying process easy and transparent from there.

Yatzy Morales gave me amazing service. I was so nerves because first timing doing this process alone. She calmed me and made it easy. She listened and really knows how to make sure the customer knows she cares. AMAZING!!!! If I could give her 10 stars I would.
