There is trash up and down the hallways and it smells horrid!

Nice staff. The hotel manager is very friendly and caring. I like this hotel. I always have a good night's sleep when I am there. I go at least once a month. I also adore the shuttle driver Robert. He has a huge heart. And so friendly. These people are great

Very pleased with the service provider. The only problem was with the plugs for the coffee pot, but it was resolved by taking the coffee pot to the bathroom. Will use the lotus again.

Beautiful, clean and the staff is amazingly friendly.

Our family of three (2 adults and 1 ten year old) just spent 4 weeks here. The staff is WONDERFUL !! They helped us with anything that we brought to them. The room was comfortable. We of course were disappointed that Covid had forced the pool area to be closed. When we need to return to the area, we definitely will be staying here again.

From the time we walked through the door everyone has gone above and beyond, Robert the shuttle driver creates a light hearted ride to and from the hospital everyday not sure what to expect from him( tonight he had a punk rocker wig on waiting inside the hospital for us) he sure makes the whole bus laugh after a long stressful day. We are a long way from home with all the comfort's of home .
