Lots 4 Tots Plus the Clothing Closet Reviews

I have been shopping and donating here for over 20 years. I love that they are picky about what they take in. I have been working with Jackie and Dave the owners for the past few years, in one way or another helping women and children in our community. We now have a fund set up at Lots 4 Tots, called Women and Children. If you choose to donate your credit to the Women and Children's Fund, your credit allows families who are in need to go in and get a pair of pants, shoes, school outfit, baby clothes or an outfit for a job interview. A service providers fills out an application and based on need and availability of funds, families are sent to Lot's 4 Tots to purchase needed items. Love the clothing closet. I'm an only parent with 2 daughters so thankful for this place. Staff are great too.

the clerks at the store close the store at 5:40 instead of 6 so when I thought I had 20 minutes to come in and turn some of the things that I wanted to sell to them in I try to open their door and it's locked at 5:40 so yeah seems like laziness if you ask me they need a new clerks if they're going to be closing their store 20 minutes early that's a little ridiculous don't post on your website on Google that you're close at 6 when you don't close at 6 when you're lazy clerks close 20 minutes early

I'd say they're the best clothing swap place in the county because they take the most. Only downside is needing an appointment. I didn't know they had an extensive women's clothing section and found a bunch of great stuff.

Great place to get like-new items for the kids and for me. Plus, it's so easy to sell back gently used items.

If I could I wouldn't even give them that. The owner accused me of stealing from them.I did absolutely nothing wrong he said it in front of lots of people very upsetting.

Love shopping here. The workers are always nice and welcoming.

They have a lot of baby and women's clothes. Really no men's.

Pricey. These people do their homework and even low quality brands get minimal discount. Almost no clothing selection for boys 2-4T, which I guess is somewhat normal; kids shoes are hit and miss. That being said, there are lots of things to look through for most people and they usually stock lots of baby gear like strollers, etc. Designer jean rack is an interesting feature I have yet to explore and the people who work here are really nice.

Their prices are pretty good. Some things should be a little more cheaper, cause it is used stuff.

Not much in the way of men's apparel. Female and child apparel was nice.

The store has become overcrowded with too much in a small space. I don't like the narrow aisles and kinda quit shopping here.

This is the best consignment shop I've been to. I traveled three hours to come shopping for my whole wardrobe here whenever I could because the quality of the clothes and the brand names are the best in all of Northern California.

Great second hand shop. There are clothes, for men, women, and children. There is toys, shoes, and baby equipment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Great place!

Support local! I don't always bring clothes here, but when I do I know the clothes they don't want will go to someone in need. The staff and owners are always friendly and go the extra mile to find what you need.

One of my favorite places to shop. I bring in gently used clothing, toys, and children's furniture/accessories and get credit to use in the store. They carry items for kids, mom's and dad's!

This is a great place to take gently used clot b in and kids items for store credit or cash, or a combination of both. They have great quality items and wonderful prices.

Hands down one of the best stores in town. I love this place. I love how the merchandise changes constantly and the deals are unbelievable. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy my trips to Lots For Tots. Can't be without this store !

Great prices, would rate higher except for the change in drop off policy. Now you have to make an appointment, no thanks.

Love the store!!! Always have but they moved the clothes around and now the plus size blouses are way in the back of the store on a bottom rack! Very hard to get to! Please change t hi is guys!!!

Extremely unhappy with an employee of this store. She used foul language in front of my granddaughter. She is currently pregnant I'm hoping once baby is born she'll realize why I was so upset with her actions. Her I would give a 0. She has no concept of good customer service. The other employees were very nice!

Friendly staff & Very reasonable prices in comparison to most thrift stores I visit normally. This really says ALOT from my point of view as I once owned The Clothing Connection & The Kids Connection on 4th street about 18 years ago. The Lots for Tots Was my biggest competitor at that time.
I would also like to apologize to ALL who had credit that was unavailable after the person I sold to resold to another person without paying ME off. I'm SO VERY SORRY your credits were never honored!!

Lots of great quality baby items at unbeatable prices! I have not shopped the clothing very much.

I've only shopped in the kids area - lots of mildly used items including crib mattresses, baby swings, strollers, toys, books and kids clothing infant size & larger.

I wish you didn't have to make appt for them to see what you bring in...I've missed twice!

I have been looking for used maternity jeans everywhere in the area and the selection I found here today was awesome and the prices were extremely reasonable. They have a great selection of baby stuff as well I will be back for sure. The associate who handled my trade ins for store credit was sweet, and the associate who checked me out was very friendly too.

Great place but it's a hit and miss when it comes to finding good and cute clothes.

Great place to not only get things for your children but wonderful to place to buy something for your self. Everything is tested and they won't sell it if it doesn't work. 10/10

This is by far the best thrift store for clothing (kids and adults) and children's items that I've been to. And I've been to a lot. They don't have much furniture, but where they lack in that, they make up for in clothes and toys (and other random stuff). Overall, amazing place to shop!

Amazing place. Not sure how they stay in business. Always friendly they give great store credits for donations I just don't see a lot of people paying for stuff. Bless their hearts

Take your old stuff and get cash or store credit! Choose to donate to purge that closet and give back to the community! Nice staff and always a find waiting to be found!

A little expensive for used clothes but they have alot to choose from.

Best place to buy quality used designer clothes. Employees are friendly, and you can always find something you need.

The selection is generally good quality and changes often. They except donations and pay by cash and/or credit, although I don't feel they pay fairly or even at all for some items. A number of times I've brought boxes full of quality items and I find out I have only $7 credit. Sort of disappointing, but they do save me from selling it all myself I guess...Other than that, the staff is nice. (especially the gal that is in the back towards the strollers and kids area.)

Prices a little above other local thrift shops, but the items are usually good quality and condition. Plus they take appropriate donations and give store credit.

Great selection, good prices, and they allow returns with tags on clothes. We will be there frequently!
