LotLinx is a great partner for our dealer group and we have in turn seen great results with their tech! John Marshall and Brad Paschal go above and beyond the duties of a vendor, which is why we consider LotLinx a true partner and an asset.

We gave them 30 days notice that we wanted to cancel. Not only did they charge us an additional 60 days, but when we asked them about it and wanted our money back, they are telling us it will be an additional 60 days before they refund us. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing. Would not recommend. Be careful with this company.

We've enjoyed working with the LotLinx team and have had zero issues with the product so far. We're able to track what vehicles we have on our lot and categorize specific Vin's that we need a little push on. Overall I'd recommend this company!
