We ordered 7 take and bake meals from Lorraine's with requested delivery on a Wednesday. The meals were delivered on a Monday with no notice, just a phone call asking where we were. 4 of the 7 meals were not what we ordered and 1 was not labled, but we were told it was correct. When we called to let them know it wasn't what we ordered, they said they knew and had given us what they had already on hand. We asked that the manager call us back. We waited until the next day without hearing from anyone and called. Spoke to the delivery guy again and he said they would make the correct meals and "try to get them to us by the end of the week". As of 1 week later, no phone calls, no follow up, no corrected meals delivered. We called and this time were able to speak to Lorraine who seemed not to care at all about the inconvenience. Offered to make the correct meals at some undefined time. When we said that wouldn't work and we no longer wanted the meals, she said, OK. This is the WORST business in Rochester. I have no idea how this place stays open delivering the WRONG FOOD on the WRONG DAY and having absolutely no idea what customer service is. TERRIBLE! Less than Zero stars deserved. Don't order food from this place, you'll be disappointed. Oh, and the two meals that were correct were AWFUL. Thanks for nothing. Also, the buy 6 get 1 free deal was a scam. There were no free meals.

Lorraine's meals are the best ever. Everytime that I go to get meals and pick from.Lorraine should be very proud of herself she works very hard all the time.She a great team of people working with her everyday.when I had very sick Dad&Mom for Many years of 24/7 care for the both of them. Thank you for your great selection of food at your location Lorraine. Best of very good luck at your new location.Thank you very much for all of your support.

Love the atmosphere. Lorraine is such a sweetie. Can't wait to go back.

Worst lunch we've ever had. Ordered 5 lunches. Three lunches arrived over an hour late the other two came shortly after. Lunches were inedible. Steak wrap was so raw it was dripping in blood. The rest was so salty they couldn't be eaten. Never again.

Was searching online for prepared meals and lorraines came up on the search. I didn't even know they offered meals you could pick up,. Thought they were just a catering company. I decided to give them a try. Affordable and easy prepare when you are in a hurry. They will even deliver if you want.

Grubhub order incredibly late. Person who answered the phone lied about it just being picked up and the driver was just there. She was rude and obnoxious. Never ordering from there again. Filed complaint with Grubhub and getting a refund.

Lorraine, still the BEST, and first of her kind Take Out/Caterer in Roch! Her quality frozen meals and Delivery for my Shut-in Senior Clients are a favorite!
