Top quality & attention to detail. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a property from this developer. I bought my first property from them and already regretting it. All the equipment used were faulty and they won't even take responsibility for anything. I had to chase them for 5 months to get my Air Con working and now started having plumbing issues which is not even reimbursed. My plumber told me the product was faulty and needed to be replace. I would not expect anything to be faulty in first 6 months of a brand new property. PIA sold me this property and even they do not take responsibility for this.

Lords Group are an excellent commercial and residential builder. They have a strong name in the industry and deliver a high quality product on all their projects and for their repeat clients. I would highly recommend this company for any complex building projects in the commercial and residential space.

My property was built by this developer and it has Iots of defaults. They also appointed a horrible strata company. Think twice if you choose them.

Of course, this has to be one of the best boutique developer and builders in Sydney..
