Lovely staff, modern, very good facilities for different ages including senior guests.
Food very good variety, abundance of self service drinks and activities. Nice pools hydro pools

Friendly people, well maintained rooms, very good housekeeping and good food! Outside at the pools and the dining area are also well maintained.

Entertainments for kids and at the beginning of the evening and later on for older people, good shows.
Beach is close by. Shopping/bars at walking distance (Kasbah +-10/15min).

Have been at the hotel for 9 days so far out of a 14 day holiday and I am Very happy with the hotel, great pool, amazing views, entertainment team is second to none, the food is great with plenty of choice, the current refurb works do not cause any disruption at all and the hotel is looking anazing, the only thing i will say is that the all inclusive drinks could have more choice of cocktails etc but other than that I have no bad points to speak about and would definitely return

Lovely Hotel, staff friendly, food choice excellent.
Have returned home after a great week spent over Christmas at Abora Continental, this was our first holiday away from home and I would recommend this hotel especially if you have children, the animation team work extremely hard all day and into the evening keeping children and adults entertained.
I won't reiterate all the good points already posted in previous reviews.
Lovely clean hotel, thank you to ALL STAFF/MANAGEMENT for giving us a great week.
Looking forward to returning.

100% recommendation from me! The hotel is amazing from walking in through the front door the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were great, the decoration in the hotel is modern and fresh & very clean! When I got my key to the room I was hoping I would have a nice room, opening the door I loved it again the decor was modern and fresh. It was really late when I landed so couldn't see too much from the balcony, in the morning I was amazed again I drew back the gorgeous thick grey curtains and there it was the most perfect sunrise with a sea view! I could see as far as the maspalomas sand dunes, there was a little fishing boat and jet skis racing past. The entertainment team go above & beyond to make sure you are having a nice time & don't interrupt you if you are having a snooze by the gorgeous pool area. At night the choice of food drink and entertainment is enough to make you want to stay all year. The bar staff rota around so you never have a table full of empty glasses. Where the hotel is situated is perfect 30 second walk to the quiet beach & just a 20 minute flat stroll to the more lively beach, also the views along this walk way are picturesque. Bars and restaurants just 5/10minutes down the road. Bus station across the road along with a shopping centre and other bars. If you have a late flight don't worry either, the courtesy room is great with your own shower cubicle and changing room and somewhere to lock your cases up till you are sadly ready to go home. Overall Fabulous hotel I will definitely be returning at some point & I've already recommended this place to friends and family. Thank you Abora Continental, see you soon, Joanne

Fantastic hotel. Clean, tidy, externally friendly staff, great entertainment and beautiful food to please even the fusiest of eaters. Fantastic shops and a lovely beach only a few minutes walk away. Perfect hotel for a family holiday away.

This is our last full day here and it has been fantastic. As in many other posts that folk have written the hotel is slightly dated but the rooms are immaculately clean and ( and an important thing for me ) the bathrooms are clean and mould free!!! The staff are very welcoming and do their best to accommodate the needs of the holiday maker. Now onto the food. It had been written by some that the food was poor and little choice, well im not sure where they were eating, as we were amazed at what was on offer. The first night here there was steak on the servery and even mussels. During the week there were varieties of fish, as well as calamari, prawns, smoked salmon and salmon steaks. Along with that the usual salads, rice dishes, pasta dishes and vegetables. The downside, not somewhere for needy teenagers that want constant entertainment and things to do, a couple of pool tables in the downstairs lobby and not much else. No complaints from us tho.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Just returned home from the abora had a superb holiday. Don t be put off by the outside (it horrid brown colour and looks like a multi-storey carpark) inside it is immaculately clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. There is an amazing choice of food. The animation team are simply the best Angelo and kelly were our favourites they all work so hard. We had a side view which truthfully wasn t great and the reason I didn t sit on the balcony. Our room .... the bathroom was lovely with 2 showers. 2 single beds pushed together that were very comfortable. I slept really well as they had firm pillows if wanted. Tv in the room we could only find sky news. There is a tiny area with a kettle a fridge, safe and hairdryer the wardrobe had like wicker doors. I felt it was rather dated overall the room wasn t what we are used to but it was clean and sufficient we were only in it to wash and sleep
