HR has no clue what "human resource" means. They are rude & petty. Employees do NOT have a voice. People complain of harassment and they try to make them feel stupid. They don't monitor safety nor make anything safer if it's going to cost them. They let managers be bullies and definitely play favorites. Don't expect much from this company.

Horrible place to work during this pandemic. They do not take their employees health seriously. They also start writing up people for things they didn't do when they want to fire them. They also lie in quality control as a way to get shipments out faster. Purposely not sending reports to certain through people in quality control. As well as being insanely unorganized. HR goes as far as to harass the employees!! And as far as getting tested for covid goes, they screw their employees over and their instructions are very unclear. Do NOT work there!!
They don t allow to use their restrooms, although we live in modern world , quick unloading though
I used to work here for a few years after high school. Place is great for 18/19 year old's first or second job. You should apply, Lots of room to move up and make money.
to who ever plans on getting job here, or working here at the moment. just so you know, not only is the air in the factory bad to breath in which causes cancer , but its an unsafe environment and insane hours... they can't keep employees. Customers suffer. Good luck Loos & Co . I worked here as an employee running the ewald cutters for some time and the management treats there employees very poorly. BE AWARE of these supervisors at Loos & Co ; Ron Lambert, Sharon, And Lynn. they're nothing but two faced, scumbags. they tell you your doing well, then the next thing you know they fire you. they dont give verbal warnings. ITS A REVOLVING DOOR!
They allow to park here overnight. So if you have delivery here. Drive here and park until morning
