I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my big toe joint and fitted for orthotics. I have to say I was sceptical as to whether they would help alleviate the pain I was feeling when walking but have just returned from a walking holiday with no pain whatsoever. Great service, would recommend to anyone suffering with osteoarthritis in the foot
