Too many up sells not enough fixes. Find a better company especially if you are a chief engineer. These guys will stab you in the back with upper management to try and look good.

Supposed to be one of the top 100 companies to work for. Proof that you can buy that rating. Service manager could not do his job, because of constant micromanaging from his boss. Timekeeping system barely works, and weekly threats of not getting paid because time is not in. (Poor timekeeping system). Job expectations differ from job description explained in interview. Overall, would not recommend wasting time with this company. If you do, hopefully you don't have to experience Jeff as your manager.

Great place to get parts. Jake and Clint great to deal with and they are very prompt getting parts ordered. Always a pleasure shopping at LONG!
