Lone Star Executive Limousine, LLC Review

My family and I have used Lone Star Limousine on several occasions, and we have been extremely satisfied every time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their limos, limo buses, and executive cars are all top of the line and very clean. I highly recommend Lone Star limousine will accommodate you in anyway. They are the best Limo company in The Woodlands & Houston area!!!!

Jason and Lone Star were absolutely wonderful to work with while planning our wedding and the day of it was perfect and one less thing I had to worry about! I live out of town so to be able to touch base with Jason over the phone to handle all my questions, etc. was great. All our guests loved having a shuttle to the wedding and back to the hotel. Very professional. We used them for homecoming for 18 teenagers. The driver Jason was great. When the kids wanted to make an extra stop for some ice cream he even called to make sure it was ok.

Booked trip to airport on 10/6 and the driver never showed up. I called him and he said he was 15 minutes away. Called him 20 minutes later and he said he was 10 minutes away. We decided NOT to miss the flight so we drove ourselves. We won't be using Lone Star ever again. This company went from good to very bad.

First time using a bus for my family to get everyone to our son's wedding safely. Arthur was awesome got to our home early, made two trips from the venue back to our house for the early birds and then the rest of us. Price was reasonable, bus was clean and nice. Will definitely use them again if I need limo or transport service.

So bad. I booked with them 3 months in advance and called 3-4 times to check up on the reservation. The first 3 times they said they don t confirm until 2 days before, and then I called 2 days before and they did confirm. The day before the wedding, they sent us a text that our location in Bryan had been closed for a few months due to covid (they missed the fact that we booked Bryan location) and we could either pay the extra amount to drive from the woodlands or cancel our ride. Keep in mind this is after multiple calls to verify and then them confirming the day before. I called them to rectify the situation and they did finally agree to send a car for the same price but didn t have the original car we had paid for, which was fine because it was so close to the wedding already. Fast forward to the wedding night when the driver picked us up, he was complaining about having to come from the woodlands the whole ride to our hotel, it was really awkward for us.

Long story short, choose any other limo company.

Amazing experience, driver was as very polite, would definitely use this service again for any occasion.

We rented a limo to go to an awards dinner in Houston where my dad was getting an award. We got a black stretch limo. Kenny picked us up right on time and patiently waited for all of us to finally be ready to leave. The limo was very nice, comfortable, clean and the cooler was stocked with ice and bottle water. We brought along some sodas, but decided against champagne or other alcoholic drinks since there was an open bar at the event. However, there were plenty of champagne and highball glasses and napkins in the limo if we had wanted to use them. Kenny was very nicely dressed and polite. He got us to our destination early and came back to pick us up very quickly after the event.

I wholeheartedly recommend Lone Star Limo and will use them again.

My wife and I began using Lone Star Limo about four years ago, and we feel that their service is outstanding in every way. We have used them for airport runs, airport pickup of family, trips at Christmas with all of our kids and grandkids, and for vacation planning.
The cars used by Lone Star are clean and comfortable. The drivers are polite, punctual, and so helpful. When returning to the airport from a trip, it is so nice to to find your bags already picked up and your driver ready to whisk you home. I also love the fact that with one call to Lone Star, a customer can get a car to IAH as well as a pickup at your destination. A year or so ago, Lone Star made five car pickups for my wife and me as we took a cruise vacation that included a flight to Fort Lauderdale, a car ride in Fort Lauderdale to a hotel, the next day a trip to the cruise ship, 14 days later a pickup at the ship to take us back to the airport, and then a pick up at IAH to carry us home. All of this was accomplished with one phone call. My wife and I are in our 70's and we have been able to take some trips that would not have been possible without Lone Star Limo. This is a wonderful company. Jason Smith is a great owner and person. I recommend Lone Star Limo to my family and friends. Bobby Ezell

I needed to get my sister from Houston to Justin Texas , she is 72 and on oxygen. I am 71 and I couldn t go get her. I called Lone Star Executive Limousine service and made arrangements for them to bring her to me on May 1st..Michael Iwasyk was her driver, he was on time and very professional. My sister said The vehicle was very clean and the ride was very smooth. Michael is truly an asset to the company doing all he could do to make the trip a memorable one and he was a gentleman at all times. We both feel that Lone Star Executive Limousine Service was an answer to our prayers. We recommend anybody needing, personal, professional, and outstanding service use them.
