I had a wonderful time staying at Long Pine Hotel; the room was very cozy and the environment was very peaceful. It was a good place for a short getaway to relax the mind and back to nature.
The only setback was lack of control over proper attire for the guests using the swimming pool. There were a few men playing in the pool wearing t-shirts and shorts.

We enjoy the stay in the hotel & thanks for the upgrade our room to sea view unit. We were enjoying the sound of the waves from our unit. Everything is good. Staff was nice & friendly. Thumb up, will visit again in future.

Had a short retreat here in Oct 2020 with my partner and the resort is beautiful. Surrounded with greens and comfortable, it's almost like you are trap in a different environment the moment we entered the guard house.

Room was cozy and comfortable. Loving the outdoor bathtub with the sound of breaking waves. It's highly recommended to spend full day or 2 in the resort/ room with the outdoor tub and pool.

Breakfast wasn't too bad but could do better, perhaps a small changes on buffet spread or hot meals daily.

It is a great and peaceful hotel - good for family and especially couples. Its architecture - is really something. I love the vibe and ambience. Definitely coming back again. The service was ok, I think it was just due to the number of staff, but I understand due to pandemic - staff should be kept minimal so that is fine. I utilised everything that the hotel have, pool, gym, room... it is a splendid place and I even thought of designing a home to be like this! Thanks again.

Everything was as expected. We loved updating the rooms while keeping their special features. The staff was super friendly with our 16 month old daughter. The food on New Years Eve, excellent.

The only 'weird' thing that happened was the noise of drills at 10pm, but luckily it didn't last long, just before we complained :)

It only remains that they make arrangements of details in the breakfast area and the place will look even better.

We will see us again!

Had a great time at Lone Pine (room 221). The hotel crew and the overall service was great but would like to point out a couple of things that could be improved:
1. The in room tv service was problematic to use through screen casting even though it had a good selection of movies.
2. Our bathroom door locked a couple of times when we closed it even from the outside.
3. The mini bar was not cold enough to keep food items that need to be kept chilled.

We took the sea view room. The bed was very comfortable. Cozy. Loved the creative design of the room! That mirror especially! Quite clean. That mini bathtub was nice! However, to be frank, we've stayed at some hotels nearby batu ferringhi as well. If that one thing you could improve on, that would be the service that you could provide the guests.
