This hotel is nice! It has an awesome location, the rooms are comfortable, and the employees are fantastic. The only tough part of it being a great location is the noise that can come with it. The Friday night we stayed there, I was up every time a fire truck or ambulance went by blaring their sirens and I was on the 14th floor. However, Saturday night was much better as there didn't seem to be as much activity. I hate to even say anything about it because it's nothing the hotel can change, but it would be nice if they had some white noise option in the room, like a fan that can run continuously.

Otherwise, it's definitely worth staying there, especially if you aren't a super light sleeper. It's everything you'd want out of a Hilton experience!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying the weekend here for my birthday. We were welcomed with such great energy from Nicole the front desk Associate. Not only was she personable but super friendly and welcoming. I do have to add that she had an extremely rude client she was assisting before us and she handled it amazingly with sophistication, empathy and true professionalism. Being in Sales Management I can appreciate good service and give credit where it's due! The room, the view <3, food and service overall at the hotel were also great! Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend some quality time with their significant other or even a night in our beautiful city!!!!
PS. THANKS AGAIN GIRRRRLLLLL :) !!!!!!

We chose this hotel for its location; it was within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile area (360 Chicago and Starbucks Reserve), the Chicago Loop (millennium park), the South Loop (museums), and the West Loop (many great restaurants). But, best of all, it was the river view! It is totally worth paying extra for this amazing view of the river and the many bridges. There are only 5 rooms per floor that have floor to ceiling glass windows; the higher the floor, the better the view. We stayed in room 1107 and had a wonderful view, especially at sunset. Highly recommend this hotel! Will stay again next time we go to Chicago.

Make sure to use H . when booking any stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be disappointed.

This's by far the best rooftop in the city, you gonna get one of the best view of Chicago, in the middle of the skyline, surrounded by the river, Loop and River North... A drink or two + the best picture that you can take from this amazing city! Breathtaking :)

It's a nice hotel, deep in heart of Chicago's tourist heaven. The bar in the lobby is good, with creative drinks. The food there was tempting but I didn't partake. That said, the prices are ... well, pricey. Two drinks each for a couple and you're looking at a hundred bucks.

The room was spartan in a kind of upscale way. That's hard to explain. A lot of clean lines, a black and white color scheme (sort of). The bed was comfy but there was only one chair and a small table.

Stayed four nights. Location is great. Room was fine, but a bit small. View from vista room was nice. First night we put the placard on the door handle for room service breakfast the next morning. When we woke up there was a sticker on the door confirming. Alas the breakfast never showed up. When speaking to the front desk woman about it she seemed very unsure and said she thought room service was down. When I mentioned the confirmation sticker on the door she still didn t have any answers. Two out of the four mornings our tv turned on all by itself. The shower door doesn t seal closed so water gets all over the floor if you don t point the shower head away from the door. Housekeeping couldn t get into the room to replenish our towels so they called me thinking we had somehow locked the door even though I had just told the front desk we would be out all day. They discovered that the batteries had gone dead in the door apparently. It was fixed when we returned. I d stay again for the location, but temper my expectations of everything else.

Best HILTON I HAVE ever stayed at that I gave them a really great review on trip advisor. If your visiting Chicago this is the perfect hotel. The service, they respond so fast to questions and requests.. the rooms are nice and clean! Something I had a hard time finding in Chicago. I will be back here next year for my trip back to the Windy City! The room service, is also wonderful.. along with the restaurant down stairs for breakfast. First class.

What a wonderful hotel! Location is great and central to so many of the wonderful things to do in Chicago. The views are to die for! Every single staff member we spoke with was very personable and went above and beyond, which seems to be hard to find anymore in this post-Covid world we live in! The cleanliness of the room, the hotel itself, and the restaurants was wonderful. The food choices in the restaurants was great. The views from the rooftop were spectacular! When we return to Chicago, this is definitely where we plan on staying! Cannot even express how happy we were with this stay!
