Poor administration. Still waiting for an appointment.

When I first attended, the London Pain Clinic, I was in severe pain following a serious injury to my pelvis. With medication along with a pulsed radiotherapy procedure, performed by Dr Jenner I am now no longer in severe pain and have begun the road to recovery. I highly recommend seeing Dr Jenner for any pelvic pain issues.

London pain clinic has to be one of the most knowledgeable and helpful pain clinic's I have had the pleasure of attending in many years, Dr Jenner and his staff have always been extremely professional in their approach combining both clinical and patient care to an excellent standard. The reception staff have always gone out of their way to be as accomodating as possible, returning calls and passing on messages when required. The handling of prescriptions is second to none, they have always been accurate, arrive on time at the pharmacist and open discussion is always held as to the best way forward in practice for pain management. I have always felt listened to, treated as an equal and not felt judged in any way. I rate this as an ex cellent service and would definately recommend it to anyone who is seeking professional pain management and quality care.

Have seen Dr Jenner for a number of years and he has helped me tremendously to manage the pain from a prolapsed disc in my neck. His care has been nothing short of superb and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I suffered a severe back injury which was remedied by a spinal fusion operation but I was left with constant nerve pain in my right leg for the past sex years.
I visited several specialists and had a number of procedures and painkillers that were ineffective. I was then referred to Dr Jenner at the London Pain Clinic who recommended a targeted trial of selected drugs to determine the most effective whilst having the least side effects. We soon resolved to try a BuTrans Patch which delivers Buprenorphine in tiny regular doses. Overall I would say it has reduced the pain by 50% with limited side effects. We are now going to try and increased dosage to see if this helps to reduce the pain further.

The London Pain Clinic team have been amazing, the team are friendly and always provide a warm customer experience. I can say first hand, they have always helped me with appointments and queries. More importantly, before I come to London Pain Clinic, I could barely move due to the pain, to be precise I couldn t lift a 500ml Evian water bottle or carry my daughter (she is two so this should be manageable!), since coming to the London Pain Clinic, I have been treated by the Magician, Dr Jenner, who has changed my life. I am massively grateful to him for helping me get back on my feet, and being able to sit up right and go to work, rather than laying on my side! Bring on the next treatment, which I am hoping will lead to me to being completely mobile. The way things are progressing, I am hoping to run a half marathon in February.

Dr Jenner was so professional. He took actual time and interest in my problems, and i felt that went a long way. His nurses John & Jay were both lovely gentleman, and made me feel relaxed during my spinal ablation.

The operation was done in Weymouth street hospital, i had my own private room, I felt like a king.

Wonderful people also at the London Pain Clinic who Dr Jenner represents. Overall worth traveling from Wales for me

After several months of debilitating sciatic and lumbar pain, by evaluating my condition and prescription of appropriate treatment Dr Jenner set me on the path to rapid recovery. I am now pain free and able to carry out corrective exercises and partake fully in family activities again. Dr Jenner listens carefully and does not over treat. I am out of pain and living life normally again, for that I am very grateful to him.

Their administration is appalling, they just don't reply. Really doesn't bode well for the rest of the services. Given up and gone elsewhere.

Until I met Dr Jenner my back pain was untreated and unbearable, despite over a year of treatment with another clinic. He helped turn that around with effective medication and injections appropriate to my case. He has been clear that the process of recovery is not necessarily quick and I've received good guidance and suggestions throughout. After a couple of years under his care, I am now nearing full recovery and extremely pleased with the treatment I've received from the clinic. My experience with Dr Jenner and his support staff has always been positive, which was not the case with the other clinic on Harley Street who dealt with my case initially.

If it wasn't for Dr Jenner's expert knowledge of managing pain and tailoring the medication to my individual needs. I would not have the normal functioning life that I have today. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you Dr Jenner.

Been seeing Dr Jenner for 2 years now he is amazing. Very knowledgeable about my condition and always has many options of how to treat my on going chronic pain. He is up to date with the lastest research and treatment. Without his help I would still be bed bound. The staff who work with him are really helpful and very quick to reply to any queries.

Dr Jenner was extremely knowledgeable, and was a great help.

After a thorough assessment he was able to quickly recommend and start treatment that got my pain stabalized.
His kind and compassioate manner combined with expert knowledge promotes trust. We continue to work collaboratively, exploring options to manage my pain as best as possible. I know I have choices and feel empowered to live my best life.
