London Hydro Reviews

A lot of people complain about the customer service being an issue, and I too have had issues while talking to someone on the phone. However, when the powerlines when down in front of our house in the wind storm two months ago, the London Hydro crews worked hard through the night to completely replace all 3 hydro poles and restore our power. They finished up around 5am. I am thankful for the crew that worked that night. They came through when we needed them.

There was an issue with a transformer near our house and we lost power. Crews were on site almost immediately and worked continuously for the rest of the day and into the night getting it fixed.

We just moved here from Mississauga, our service has been continuous but the fees are higher then what I use to pay in in Mississauga... A lot of infrastructure fees and delivery fees

Messed up our move request and continued to charge us for 2 locations and charged us about $400 for 3 more bills at our old location and refuse to do anything about it.
At least we could actually contact someone, but they were no help. Just told us to go after our old landlord for it.

No issues setting up myself as a new tenant taking over previous tenant. Thought it would be much more difficult. I prepay my bill before the due date, no issues!

Only problem I have with hydro is they charge too much for delivery.i use like 9$ a month in electricity .and my delivery charge is 28$ that's ridulous I'm sorry

I live in a townhouse complex right next to a power station. Our electricity constantly goes out, and I see them regularly come by and jerry rig power lines, instead of fixing things properly. I have a hard time believing that the million dollar homes, just blocks away, and all the businesses on the opposite side of the power station, experience the same regular terrible service.

Highway robbery, worst sericve in Canada and every person who is apart of this company is scum and should be ashamed of them selves....

Thank you London Hydro. Our business when opening in the morning lost a third of the power in the building. The person on the emergency line was very polite and helpful she confirmed a crew would be at our business ASAP. The crew arrived quick, were polite and very professional. They had our business functioning by 9am. Awesome thank you very much.

Hydro is very expensive and we pay more then suppoed to pay . You should give us one rate for all day not 5 different price a day. Don't make people lives more harder then it is already please. You guys get top dollars and we have to suffer. Soooo
