Let's see where do I even begin, this company is such an absolute joke. The owner has zero scents on how to run a business, as he lacks a TREMENDOUS amount of communication, organization and Time Management. He would rather focus on going on his 5 vacations for the year. That explains why almost no business is being brought in. As he also almost never pays his trades on time or simple never. Contractors constantly come to the office or call on a daily basis for money for a project that was completed a couple of years ago. Along with more recent ones, he will also wait for your lien right to expire.

Also, the owner typical would show zero professionalism as he would leave the office for a few hours by himself and return to the office intoxicated. The equipment used in the office is of the stone age type as there were computers and printers are close to 30 years old. There was never one chair in the office that seemed to actually not be broken. Int the winter he also keeps the heat down as the employees would also have to wear there jackets inside the building to just stay warm.

Mr. Jeffery also as an inability to adapt to changing times, as he would prefer to still do everything by paper. He would also never accept any possible changes to helping the business grow, it was just simply his or the highway. True business owners will look to grow there business, but as I stated earlier, Mr. Jeffery has zero scents on how to run and operate a business, as he would rather rob contractors & clients of there money so he can enjoy his vacations and other enjoyments.
