Parking was better than most hospitals. The building was fairly modern and up to date. Not allot of crowds which was good. They were very attentive when caring for my mother while she had a surgical procedure done. Over all good place.

In the Medical Office building, the "Security" person stationed at the inside entrance has his mask under his nose. When I ask him why he's not wearing his mask correctly, he tells me he doesn't have to!
Throughout the building, people visiting their doctors offices and in the elevators are not wearing masks. I can not consider this a safe place to visit. My doctor visits are not optional. I resent being placed in this type of a predicament!

Currently at the ER fir my son and it s busier than I have seen it in a VERY long time. I have a chronic illness and every time I come here they treat me great. The staff is amazing even when they re up to their eyeballs in patients. The doctors, nurses and their support staff are a hard working, compassionate team.

I went to the ER due to some back pain and dizziness that resulted in me almost passing out. When I got there I had to get blood work done and I am not the best when it comes to that. After getting blood drawn I started to get dizzy and my ears started to ring. The nurse who drew my blood kept on saying I had to go back to the waiting room, but I physically couldn t move. If I stood up I would ve fainted. My mom tried to get attention of another nurse, once she did she explained what is happening to me. Instead of trying to help me the nurse only said I don t know who she is. and proceeded to do nothing. I felt like that for a few minutes, my back and stomach was hurting, there was ringing in my ears, I would ve passed out and all they cared about is that I got back to the waiting room. Finally after a few minutes they got me a wheel chair. The same nurse who drew my blood would ask us questions and before we could even answer or finish our answer she would walk away. I m sure that there are wonderful nurses and doctors that work there however I have never seen nurses as unprofessional as the ones I mentioned.

I went to the ER a few days ago due to COVID. I always get great care when visiting the ER and this time was no different. Considering all that is going on right now they still did an amazing job. They listened to my concerns and never rushed me. They ran a bunch of tests and were able to figure out how to help me. I was having complications due to covid that I couldn't manage on my own at home anymore. I am sad that I cannot remember staff by name to shout them out but I am grateful to all of them and the care I received. I ended up being admitted and was being treated by Dr Martinez who is also amazing. When he came to speak to me I could tell he had already been reviewing my chart and it made me very comfortable. He would listen to anything I had to say and took it into consideration. He never made me feel rushed or obligated to do anything I didn't want to do. Both Dr. Martinez and my ER Dr were sure to let me know that I get to yes to treatments because it my body and my choice and they both want to do their job and provide me with what they see as the best medical options for me. After a few days here and receiving treatment I was allowed to go home and I am doing well. I also want to thank all of the PAs, Nurses, and CNAs that took part in my care. I appreciate everyone! You all made my stay less scary and more comfortable! I am blessed because of you all!

I received excellent care from the team assigned to my surgery. I was so extremely scared and crying before my procedure, but the nurses were so kind of my anxiety and fears. They didn t downplay it and really worked with me in keeping me calm. I just wanted to say a big thanks to the staff that helped me! To the IR/GI staff Laura, Jeanie, Michelle, Mike and Dr. Underwood! Your team took great care in making me feel safe and understood. Thank you so much for your care.
