I was very happy with the quality of the products I ordered. What a pleasure to receive such professional and efficient service. I will definitely order from Lola Montez again!

The description I received from them about a product and the product they sent me, was complete opposites, 10 days later and I have still not received a response.

3 weeks later.

I had to phone and was told that she (Sharon Gordon) has over 3000 items online and how should she have known that is what I wanted (on the website there is roughly 600 items). instead of rectifying the situation she forced other products on me and this is how I received it. The contents burnt my fingers, even washing my hands didn't help.

The products I received were dirty (not just this tube) and I am appalled at her handling of the situation.

The owner Sharon Gordon left a good review on her own Facebook page so I shouldn't of been surprised when she said I can sue her.

Amazing service. Ordered my girlfriend a toy and it was exactly as advertised and it came in beautiful discrete packaging. They were very helpful in helping me identify exactly what I wanted and I would strongly recommend their services and products

I was skeptical about ordering from this store but I went ahead anyway. The product that I have received has been opened before and the box isn't in the best condition. The liquid product has also spilled out.

Have you seen their great products - with discreet shipping. Plain courier bag with NO identifiable markings - you could be getting your goodies from a standard retail store. Great service
