Logodesignguru did a great job! My colleagues like their deigns and services very much. What else can I say? Great!

Very easy to use, my rep Johnathan was exceptional and made my experience with them fun.

Company was very helpful and quick to reply. They did amazing work with designing my logo.

I found this to be a tremendous service. Jonathan the project manager was extremely helpful every step of the way. We were given a more than enough designs of the highest standard. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

One star is even a stretch.

I am currently in the middle of trying to get just a partial refund for services that we paid for, that have not been delivered.

The logo designs were lazy. They would send several ones that were so similar, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to some that we even half way would consider. We settled on a logo because we wanted to get the process going and completed.

We stressed in the beginning before payment that we were on a time crunch and needed fast service. We were okay if that couldn't happen, but we were assured that they could do that. Here we are one month later and we still do not even have our letterhead completed. We have the logo and few things like business card, email signature and envelope, but still no letterhead. That's unacceptable. We wanted to get social media up and running so we stressed that to them.....they gave us one picture with our name on it. THAT IS IT! THAT WAS THE SOCIAL MEDIA or FACEBOOK PAGE DESIGN? My child could have done that.

The response time is a joke. It takes hours and up to a whole business day later to hear anything back. I am currently on day 4 of waiting on my last request. We don't have that much time to go back and forth. But if I were to get online and initiate a chat for new service, the guy I need to speak to answers immediately. I just did that option and he won't speak to me via chat now. I cannot call them because the connection is so poor that I cannot hear them and they cannot understand me. The poor connection and language barrier makes the phone service a joke.

I have tried to speak to someone who is above this Alexander Thomas, but I don't get that option. He is always the one on chat and always the one on the phone. I am starting to wonder if this is a hoax?

Their website says you can submit a refund as long as its within 90 days but we are steadily getting denied that option. Since we have received a logo and some of the beginning documents, we stated we just wanted a partial refund. That is very reasonable request. We were denied. We are just ready to be done with this company and get half of our money back.

It should not be this hard to get service and honestly, a refund for half our costs is the LEAST they could do. I have not been ugly one time but it has been hard. This is not right. We are willing to pay for the few things that we have received but not for everything else that we HAVE NOT.

As someone who owns a business myself, I cannot imagine doing this to a customer. I cannot imagine taking someones money and not giving them what they want.

I have been very satisfied with the customer service at Logo Design Guru. It has been a great pleasure having Alexander Thomas as our account representative. I truly love working with this company!

Impressive. I can appreciate the customer service and their whole process. I thought it would take days, but after 30+ designs within an hour or so, I saw what I wanted.. I just knew it when I saw it. I highly recommend Logo Design Guru.

My designer with Logo Design Guru was INCREDIBLE. He, honestly, made my experience. He was prompt, had awesome ideas and was incredibly helpful in incorporating revisions.

Other designers tried to extort money from me. I finalized my project with one designer and when I did, another designer demanded I select his designs as well. When I asked him for details, he demanded I pay a certain amount. When I offered him what I thought was reasonable, he began berating me telling me that LDG takes out fees and how hard he worked on my designs (mind you, I get the sense that these guys have a stock program they use and it just churns out designs).

I also received designs from people who clearly did not read my instructions. I specifically said "no orange or red" and yet all of their designs were orange or red.

Finally, the staff at LDG are like telemarketers for these reviews. I told them I would review them (and had every intention on doing so), but they contacted me more than I appreciated demanding I complete their Google+ Review.

PROS: I took a gamble on LDG because they had some of the best designs for what I thought was a reasonable price. I also liked that you could see the designs they created by viewing other projects. I also LOVED my designer (although he also asked for more money than my original bid, which I paid because of how helpful he was).

CONS: They're demanding. They're foreign (so sometimes it's hard to understand what exactly they're saying or asking for. My designer spoke and wrote decent English which helped. Others, not so much). LDG takes more fees than I think is reasonable. For example, if you tip your designer, LDG takes a percentage of that. So I had to actually give MORE money than I intended, just to give the baseline I agreed to donate to my designer as a tip.

At the end, would I recommend them? Ehhh, 50-50. If you can afford for it NOT to go right, give it a shot. I really think it's a gamble and I got lucky thanks to my designer. If you do roll the dice, contact Aaask. He was my designer and was THE best! He made my experience. If it weren't for him, I'd give LDG 1 star.

Zillion designs is a fantastic website. The artists skilled and responsive. You definitely get bang for your buck. The website admins are rarely needed but when they are they are also very helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for logos, stationery etc etc

Initially I was a bit suspicious - how could I get a really good logo designed for so little investment? I am used to paying a couple thousand dollars for a professional logo - but Logo Design exceeded all my expectations. Great bunch of talented people and rapid, competent support from Alexander Thomas at all hours of the day or night!

This site is unbelievably a scam. They do the same thing that free logo design does so you may as well go there. Though the website advertises satisfaction guarantee or your money back, a refund is NOT possible. Though they did state they would work for the rest of their life on my project. It's a complete joke. These are not designers these are people who were trained on free logo design and are getting paid to generate it for you.

This site is awesome my boy after having his logo and design created stated to me how great these guys were to work with so I tried it I couldn't be more happier I gave him the information I needed for my logo and within hours logo started coming in they were all creative one stood out for me and that is the one I went with but I let it go for about 5 days then I started having the Creator modify the logo I like overwhelming response from him he went out of his way to make me the logo I want it these guys are awesome that's why I give it a 5 of 5

One can be 100 percent assured about the quality of the art these guys produces...hence i am looking forward about there future work.
