my account always gets locked without any notification from the bank, i would really like to buy food and water but they are not letting me access my funds in my account.

and on their website it says they have customer service reps online at 6am, i've been waiting since 3am now and nobody showed up yet

i would really like to head over to the nearest 7/11 and buy food/water

if you are unfortunately a member of this bank, dont forget to keep cash on you! if you dont have cash on you, you wont be able to get food and water when logix decides to abuse and torure you like they have done to me repeatedly throughout the last year

i've deposited many times into my logix account, and that always works fine, but when i want to spend my money, there has been a hassle way too many times

Great place to visit and very friendly staff. Really a great bank to visit. Have been a loyal customer since they first opened their doors way back in the day. Great customer service and great atmosphere.

You can find a lot of these banks mostly everywhere where you go. Becoming really popular nowadays. Really good benefits if you are a customer.

The Reps never call you back. I have left messages in regards to a loan I am trying to get. I applied for a loan a few months back, and it was almost granted. But then the underwriter changed their mind. They advised me to pay off some credit cards. So my husband took out a loan to help. We reapplied and I was denied again. Seriously what a waste of time and running my credit I have perfect history in payment. A loan is to consolidate, hence why I am taking a loan. Why does it matter if I have some cards that are higher. I am obviously trying to get one payment as oppose to multiple. I've been disappointed by this bank many times on other occasions. Not my first choice of banking.

This branch is extremely helpful. I was very impressed by the woman who orchestrated our first loan, and the gentleman who did our auto loan - he managed to do it all over the phone! Very professional, knowledgeable and it feels secure without being all CIA-ish.
