WARNING: I was introduced to LMS via a work broker (aka: third party). LMS services printers via service contracts and then hires subcontractor I.T. guys like me to go to sites and repair them when they malfunction. Initially, I felt apprehensive accepting their jobs but was assured by their staff the job would be "easy and you're usually out within an hour", so I accepted their flat rate jobs. What a mistake that was....and for multiple reasons. To make it easy on yourself I strongly recommend to just stay away. You will lose too much of your life, they will blame all their problems on you, and generally it's just a miserable experience. If you do accept work then I strongly recommend getting your money up front and set up a "worst case scenario" so that you are not disappointed at the end of your journey with LMS. If you doubt me just search online for more reviews and there you will find your answers.

I wish google have 0 star. This company and its employees don't have ethics or moral values. They treat Tech's live a slave. I hope your company goes out of business.

Vendor does not pay I.T. Technicians for work properly or timely. They do not update notes on tickets, they do not close out calls for additional work required (out of work order scope), they do not honor the word of the dispatch agents in agreed upon terms. Do not take 3rd party work unless you get a credit card up front.

I personally like doing work with these guys. Other contractors may be salty because they didn't read the scope of work or didn't realize what they were getting into. If you don't know what to do then don't say you do. Additionally, ad a contractor for LMS, I guarantee the most exceptional customer service experience that I can provide with over 6 years in sales, customer support and service. Additionally, others have said that once someone canceled they didn't get paid. If you don't do the work you arnt going to get paid the full amount. Work with the company for travel expenses and they will help out. Anyway it's sad because most people only comment on something if they have a bad experience and forget to mention the good. Fantastic company though.

What I found very disturbing was the fact that I recently applied and was approved for a slew of LMS work orders on Field Nation that were priced reasonable and very simplistic work for printer deployments, so I figured I would hold my nose and give them a chance and after doing due diligence by doing a Google search, I saw that LMS was marked as permanently closed which concerned me, because I just won a ton of Field Nation work orders throughout April and May for them.

At that point I called LMS to find out what was going on and their dispatch agent admitted that their CEO marked the Google listing closed to stop the flow of negative reviews. If you have to resort to that kind of behavior, no matter what kind of service you provide, that kind of review deserves one star.

Do not pay their Technician on time, I specially doing this pandemic

Owes me over 40 thousand dollars including interest for jobs performed for them. Technicians beware. Not as bad as Barrister Global Services but a close second . . .

Logical Maintenance Solution's (LMS's) client cancelled due to LMS not communicating. They did not tell me. I went onsite on time but was informed by the client that he had cancelled the day before because LMS didn't contact him. LMS THEN cancelled the service call completely without any payment and the Workmarket platform allowed this. I will NEVER be using LMS or Workmarket again.

Do NOT hire, do NOT work for and do NOT recommend Logical Maintenance Solutions LMS for anything except non payment and no communication. It seems they have been running weak like this for many years but I bet if we spread the word...

Do not do business with this Company. I had a 5 year contract which they cancelled after 3 years although they didn't tell me. When I called for maintenance they held me up for a week then told me the contract was cancelled.
