Fast pick up. Respectful personnel from the shipping office to the loading dock. Not to mention young charming staff checking temperature for Covid 19 protocols

If delivering here be prepared to sit for hrs. Even if you have an appointment. Had a 1030am apointment came in 5 min early the marked me down dor 10:43am. And claimed I was 1 hrs late. Been waiting 4.5hrs. And still no door. Pathetic to have drivers come in at a certain time and make you wait. 15 trucks ahead of me when I checked in they really need to organize themselves. Or get people that want to work.
They changed Gates for aluminum cans Gate 4 now and only take one truck at a time had to wait well over appt time to unload they used to take 4 trucks at a time and you were in and out pretty much sucks now !
10/10 Best shipper out there. Went in for a coil load, was loaded within the hour. Also, their staff is very professional and helpful .
Route there from I- 65 take I-165 N exit in Bowling Green. Take exit to US-68 West. Drive all the way to US-431. Proceed northbound, gate 2 will be southern entrance - mostly for aluminum deliveries. Gate 3 further on the road - for another loads, salt for example. Keep in mind you will need a delivery number starts with 1B... Overnight parking on the yard, padst security gates. Check in and get directions. Sometimes in could takes 30 minutes to unload, another times 2 hours. US-431 is too tight and inconvenient for trucks if you decided to com from North, I tried it ")
Not a good experience. We had a 10:00 appointment from the broker. Driver got there at 09:50. We found out two hours later that his appointment was actually for 13:00. Didn't get a dock until 15:00. Finally unloaded at 16:54. This is how the trailer was left. When I called they were nice, that's why they get two stars.
Do Not Come Here Fellow Truckers! I came to this place at 8am to do a delivery that was scheduled for 8am, I got out at 4:30pm and they were at least 30 trucks at the dirt lot waiting to get unloaded.. I will never come back here!
Been there Friday came to pick up a loaded trailer with a generator to take to Texas. Upon checking in and telling the guard what I'm picking up he proceeded to enter my truck without my permission. After he illegally went into my truck I asked him who gave him permission to enter my property he said that I surrender all my rights once I enter their property. Nowhere on entrance to gate 3 is there a sign posted saying that but on gate 2 there is a sign saying all vehicles are subject to search however they need permission to do so. I have no problem letting him check my vehicle but with my permission. I will never enter this facility again.
Pray to god your load is perfect and I mean not even tilted one tiny bit or it s getting rejected with no explanation. And if you ask where you can bring it next they shrug there shoulders. Don t give these people business.
