We are set set up with LP for biannual service checks of our HVAC. Their service techs are always great. Our technician yesterday was Bobby. He did an excellent job. He was very professional, and took time to thoroughly check out our unit and explain what he was doing, issues, recommendations, etc. Highly recommend!

My air conditioner stopped cooling over the weekend. I was recommended by a close friend of mine to call Lochridge-Priest in Waco. I was specifically referred to an employee, Kadi. While it wasn't her department, she was very professional, polite and helpful when putting me in contact with the sales department. Great first experience! I will recommend Lochridge-Priest/Waco.

Shawn came to my home and installed two ceiling fans. He is a kind and courteous gentleman and did a great job! Thank you so much!

I called to inquire about certain services offered through Lochridge Priest and asked for various prices. The lady I spoke with on the phone by the name of Kadi was very helpful and was a joy to speak with. She answered all of my questions with great knowledge. She was very witty, and had a great personality when speaking with her. When the time comes that I decide to need the services I inquired, I will definitely keep you in mind and call on Kadi to set up any services I may need!

Brandon came out and gave me an honest quote to repair a duct that was very difficult to access. The other companies were only interested in selling me a mini split instead of repairing/ replacing my duct. Brandon saved me thousands of dollars by giving me an estimate to replace my duct instead of selling me a mini split. I really appreciate that he took the time to do this and will be contacting them to do the work. No other company did this.

They gave me a prise of 540 to fix a leaking pipe and add freon he spend all most 20 minutes fixing the problem and a hour speaking on the phone have him on camara ones he was done he gave me another price of 693 cuss he though that it was going to take less freon dude you did your gauge meater to check it and now you tell me that you didn't know and did not finish the job do to he run out of freon sounds like he is charging me for his return tomorrow not happy at all don't recommend to any one

I called Lochridge Priest after a very disappointing experience with a Lennox unit from another dealer. From the beginning, everything about my experience with Lochridge Priest was first rate. Laurie did everything she could to provide me with the information and quotes from several different companies and units that I asked about. Once I decided on a Rheem variable speed unit, they were out to install it in less than a week. The installation was completed in one day, and the technicians were very professional and thorough. I couldn t be happier with my new HVAC unit.
