I was cut off by one of their drivers, who proceeded to drive in the middle of two lanes for over two blocks. I was able to capture a picture on my dash mounted camera and called the company to report the incident. The woman on the phone did not seem overly concerned, took my number and told me a supervisor would call me. I answered my phone to a man saying "This is Jeff you wanted me to call you?" aggressively. I proceeded to tell him the situation and he was not concerned at all about the incident. This company is NOT concerned with the safety of the people on the roadways, in the neighborhoods in which they operate!

These folks are the finest in the utility locating business. When you dial 811 for utility locating these are the folks that come out to do it. Quick and professional

Their employee, who was parked in front of my walkway, was unnecessarily rude. When he said that he was not going to be blocking my walkway long...I was fine with that answer. But, he went on to say "This is a public street and I can park where ever I want, I'm a utility." I just explained that his blocking my walkway prevented me from getting my trash can into my property. I have not sidewalk and the walkway is the only way in and out. He just had an attitude that was uncalled for. This took place in Bend, OR and not Portland.

An employee of this company stopped at our home and came up into the yard without first coming to our door and asking permission. This is trespassing when you do not have the property owners concent. Furthermore the young man had the wrong address and should not have been here in the first place. The young man was however cooperative when I confronted him and gave me information as to who sent him so I could investigate the matter. I appreciated that very much and give the young man credit for that. The company however needs to better educate their employees in the processess they perform for post or gas pipe location.

Horrible company... especially to work for. Aggressively threatening, manipulating employees with threats of firing if they don t work faster... morally and ethically shameful.
