Despite the good quality of the foods, systematically to the customers are applied increases on the prices declared on the list of 1 or 2 , it is an incorrect method that is justified as an error. Either the price lists are updated or the customers who feel cheated are lost.

In it's very special and cute. Not suitable for elderly because of the many stairs.

Beautiful rooms and very friendly and helpful staff! Near the airport and not too far from the center. Recommended for those who must go to the racecourse and the barracks of the firemen

Fish, meat, menu with local cuisine. The impression is that the prices are not exactly cheap but I have not had time to compare them with other similar locations.

Hotel accommodation located on the appia right in the immediate vicinity of the riding school. Room (few) clean and comfortable although some, at least mine, with bed located on the mezzanine which is accessed by a steep staircase. Furthermore, the rooms on the first and only floor can only be reached with a steep staircase since there is no elevator. Modest breakfast. Perhaps the value for money is out of proportion ...

Hotel located in Via Appia, very close to the Roman hippodrome of Capannelle. The structure was obtained from a building of ancient construction with classic horse reference paintings on the walls. It is accessed from the internal car park, the reception door is small and quite hard to open. The rooms are clean and over-heated. They have very comfortable beds. I can advise you not to be assigned rooms that have windows facing the restaurant located 2 meters from the property. The continuous opening and closing of the large waste containers, almost under the windows, prevented us from sleeping until late at night.
Breakfast is consumed at the aforementioned restaurant, the offer is very vast, varied and well presented. The staff, kind and affable, I would go back but with room facing the street, certainly more quiet.

Comfortable room, kind reception. Strategic place if you have to go to a concert at the Capannelle racecourse as it takes 2 minutes counted on foot. Breakfast to be reviewed.

We went to eat Saturday night in this place, I will never go back there again. Appetizer made up of 3 very small mozzarellas + a few slices of raw ham 26 euros, 6 slices of bread 12 euros, the cut was poor and showing our dissatisfaction at the counter the gentleman treated us very badly saying to go and eat elsewhere. I have no words! Among other things, the local Saturday was completely empty ... this says a lot ...!

Large restaurant near the Capannelle racecourse.
At dinner with a group of friends (about twenty). Typical Roman restaurant with local specialties as well as a large and varied menu.
We opted for local specialties and then fried artichokes as if it were raining, amatriciana, gricia, carbonara, meatballs, etc. etc.
Excellent quality, courteous and fast service. I would say everything ok except the bill, in our opinion 15% too high compared to the standards.
However, you deserve 5 stars.

All in all it was a good stay. Internal area with free parking, very characteristic rooms with mezzanine and restaurant / pizzeria below the hotel of the same management and of good quality. A few minor trips in the cleaning and some maintenance problems in the rooms.

I have both eaten and slept in this inn. Great food. Good sleep quality. Room functionality improved due to the stairs in it.

The price for the overnight stay is a little high, 120 for a double for one night but is worth it all. The cute room with the bed on the mezzanine and the beams in evidence. The staff is very helpful and kind and it is easy to reach the facility.

Nice hotel and staff but... we booked a room to be close to the airport as we were leaving very early ... there is NO bus to the airport and we payed 21 euros for the taxi to the airport for just 2 km. Very expensive!

Nice location, suitable for those who go to the Capannelle racecourse (does it still work?) But also for those who wish to stay outside Rome, near the southern Rome motorway. Good rooms, nothing to say, set up in a hippo-rustic style. Fair price. The attached restaurant is excellent. All in the true "inn" style of the west.

Excellent restaurant and also pizzeria. I've been going there for years with my husband and friends and it has never disappointed me. The quality / price ratio is also excellent. A tip: try the pasta all'amatriciana; it is my favorite dish.

My friend took fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Towards the end of the dish he noticed that there was a worm on the plate. Yes, really a worm. He called the waiter who then returned saying that his boss had said that it was normal for worms to be present in fresh mushrooms (but do not wash them mushrooms ????). Moral of the story they made us pay for the dish as per the price list. Never again!!!

If you leave early in the morning from Ciampino, the hotel is ideal very close to the airport and the restaurant is superb.
The buffets of starters and breakfast are superb.
To visit Rome I recommend it unless you're driving.

I do not usually leave reviews like this but leaving out the food (poor both in quality and quantity) the thing that struck me is discrimination on the southern people, after asking for explanations of a very high price I heard of having to go back to Naples (although I am originally from the province of Salerno) and that we could only go to dinner in the taverns. I have been living in Rome for about 5 years and have dined in many restaurants but I've never met people like that. Almost as a complaint!

Excellent location and excellent price served by public transport, strategic for those who want to visit the capital.

Stayed two days really everything perfect from cleaning to breakfast not to mention the extreme kindness and availability of all the staff ... Highly recommended !!!

For work .. recommended by the customer .. as soon as I opened the room I was amazed .. the bed on the mezzanine top .. comfortable and clean .. bathroom a bit small .. but understandable given the structure of the room .. with 62 euro per night I challenge you to find such a welcoming accommodation!

The appetizers that we were served indescribable, they served us the buffalo mozzarella (pietose) already divided in half and a miserable ham plate. Not to mention the rest that was ordered. All culminated with a super salty account and after asking the owners of the restaurant for explanations about the bill that was presented to us, we also suffered insults because people from the south.

Bell hotel, clean and with very large rooms. The only thing is the sunlight that comes in a little too much in the morning.

The reception service could be improved. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Very nice idea of the bed at the top and reached by a ladder. Breakfast included and plenty of it!

We have recently arrived but the first impression is good, competitive price, parking and wifi (which I am now using) included, original furnishings with references to horse racing, nice room with mezzanine.

We went with the family to eat. The gricia very good, more than the red amatriciana. Great service.

Well-kept structure, large rooms and an excellent restaurant with a menu of meat, fish and above all Amatriciana dishes, which do very well. If desired, even pizza.

In the chaos of Via Appia, in the "darkness" of this area of Rome, the restaurant stands out offering good taste and refinement. The room is large and welcoming, warm lighting and excellent layout of rooms and tables welcome the visitor who feels he has entered an elegant but not too elegant room, certainly refined. Excellent appetizers (buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, white pizza, artichokes alla giudia) and wine (primitive from Salento) although different from the one requested (primitive from Manduria), minus the first, a cheese and pepper TOO pepper and little cheese . In short, I advise you to try other first courses or even opt directly for the second courses that seemed much better. However I go back, a place that I willingly leave the right of reply.

Good overall accommodation. Decent and clean room. Adjacent comfortable and spacious parking. I stayed in four stars worse. You could do better for breakfast.

I have been attending it as a restaurant for over 50 years ... excellent (then tastes are tastes) .. as far as housing is concerned I would not know why it was never used but if so much for me there should be no problems.

Place for me historical .. and place of memory and childhood, which represents the real homemade cuisine ... exceptional carbonara and amatriciana a dot .. nice to have the choice of appetizers .. .. both meat and fish always excellent quality the staff is always polite and courteous. Well done.
